Colonial Country Club is a gated community that contains nearly 800 beautiful acres including 150 acres of protected natural preserve areas and 150 acres of fresh water lakes.
There's a full service club house that is approximately 18,000 square feet and is equipped with a dining room, a grill-room and an outdoor snack bar. Also included in the clubhouse is a meeting room, library, several massage rooms, a pro shop, activity center, lap pool, and a swimming pool. The 18-hole championship Troon Golf Course was designed by Gordon Lewis with an aquatic driving range and putting green. The fitness center is state-of-the-art and sports 11,000 square feet of the latest equipment.
Colonial Country Club is conveniently located a few miles east of I-75, and only 8 miles from Southwest Florida International Airport. Isolated from suburban traffic, but close to all southwest Florida conveniences, Naples, Bonita Springs, Sanibel Island, Captiva, the Gulf beaches, and the Boston Red Sox, and Minnesota Twins spring training camps. Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa, and West Palm Beach are about two hours from the property location.

We chose our Condo for it's location to a championship golf course, nature preserve, the many amenities of our Country Club, and the attractions of Fort Myers. It's also close to our extended family!

My family and I enjoy walking the nature trails. We enjoy sitting on our Lanai and watching the wildlife. The pool is beautiful and very relaxing.

My family and I are pleased to share our home away from home with you. We have been vacationing in Ft. Myers for over 5 years. We decided to purchase a home in Colonial Country Club and we love it! Our kids are getting older but still enjoy our vacation time in Fort Myers. There's plenty to do for everyone!
