This was a perfect location for visiting Kennedy Space Center. It was exactly 10 minutes from the door to the condo to the door of KSC. You could see the AFB from the back porch. The community was very quiet and felt safe. The pool was large and clean. The washing machine and dryer were reasonably priced for each load. The walls were recently painted and in good condition. The owners were lovely people and a pleasure to work with. We will make reservations with them for next year's trip.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

Absolutely a marvelous vacation. The Unit is really nice and the description is the listing hardly does it justice! So much to do....so little time (4 weeks). Just as promised, caught dinner right out our back door several times.Our neighbors and fellow vacationers made this a week we will always remember!
