Our unit is located on the first floor, which makes coming and going from the beach simple, especially if you have kids.

After enjoying the gorgeous weather outside, you can come and relax in this spacious condo. Our Master Bedroom has a King size bed and it's own private full bath. In the hallway, you will find 2 bunks fit for kids or adults. If you have more kids or just a few overnight guest, they can sleep on the Queen size sofa bed.
Instead of getting everyone up to eat breakfast at a restaurant, you can leave your pajamas on and stir something up in our fully equipped Kitchen. The Kitchen comes with a full-size fridge, oven, microwave, ice maker, dish washer and cabinets for storing all your goodies for the week. Washer and dryer are also located in the condo for your use.
If swimming, golfing, fishing or just sun-bathing by the pool is not enough, you can work out in the exercise room. The view of the beach in this room is stunning.

I don't know where to start when writing about the wonderful time we had at Pelican Isle. Everything was just as it was described and as you can tell from the pics it was nice. The condo was very clean and the location was great. 3 times during our stay we were able to see dolphins from the balcony which was wonderful. The owners are really great people....always quick to answer any questions I had and were very friendly. I plan on booking this condo again next summer!

I love the beach! Miss it already! Nice condo, easy people to work with, The weather turned cool and rainy for a couple of days so we bought umbrellas at the Dollar Tree At Mary Esther 'bout 4 miles west. Go there first for any items u need, food staples, sunglasses, beach toys, toilet paper, lol, etc. it'll save ya some, this location was good for beach, restaurants, fun. No jellyfish, water was clear, just a couple of dime to quarter size tar balls but workers were cleaning up early every morning, not a problem at all. Went to Kenny Loggins, Doobie Brothers concert on the beach, rubbed our hands lightly over sand at night by water line and watched it GLOW! so cool! not sure what it was but like tiny lightning bug spots! Hope to come back sooner than later! Oh yeah, did I mention I love the BEACH !!!
