We have put a lot of work into making this Ocean Block condo a cheerful, friendly, casual beach getaway. This three bedroom, two full bathroom condo sleeps ten. The unit is located on the first floor of a six unit building. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. The third bedroom has second double beds. The family room has a queen sleeper sofa. This condo is ocean block (just a few buildings away from the beach), literally a couple minutes walk down the street from the beach. It is on North end of Ocean City (139th Street), a few minutes drive from the Delaware border.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. Also, there are two TVs, two VCRs, one DVD player, sand toys, and other toys/videos for young kids, cable TV, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, beach chairs, etc. The mattresses are all new. There is one assigned parking space in back, and unassigned parking in front and all along the street.
It is a great unit especially if you have young kids. It is carpeted, so our kids enjoy running up and down the long hallway in the condo unit. They also enjoy running up to the beach. In addition to the beach, which is a quick walk down the street, there are lots of other things to do within a few minutes: indoor and outdoor putt putts, arcades, bowling, donut shops, go carts, and lots of outlet shopping. The Ocean City boardwalk has plenty to do also. The Delaware beaches and boardwalks are also close.
This is a no pets, non-smoking unit (because of allergies - sorry about that). Also, you need to bring your own sheets, blankets and towels.
