Priced to be affordable for that trip to Maui. Honeymoon, get-away, or just enjoying the warm sunny weather of South Maui. A full ohana/apartment with queen bed, livingroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, full bath with tub/shower, full extra outside shower, off street parking, private patio with dining table. So much more than a condo at a price you can afford. This is NOT a CONDO, but an ohana, a full-on apartment, ground floor, with no one above you. Short or long stays available subject to availability. Last minute ok if available. Beach toys, cooler, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, surf board and beach towels all included. BEACH GEAR is in the master closet and patio area. Gas BBQ in private patio area.
House includes private fenced patio, no stairs, parking right at your door. No schlepping groceries from a distant parking lot!
Newly completed outside shower features hot and cold water and is a perfect place to wash off the beach sand amid the tropical foliage.
This ohana, NOT a condo, not in a condo complex, is near the beach. Just two flat blocks to the beach park with tennis courts, bathrooms, dunes, sandy shore and waves. Perfect for watching the great Maui sunsets! Less than 1 / 4 mile away is an ancient Hawaiian fish pond with sheltered swimming for children and beginning snorklers. NO waves, just sandy beach, grassy area, picnic tables. Right next door to the Whale Education Center.
Sit outside in the evening, view the sparkling stars and enjoy the tropical breezes. Park off the street. A washer/dryer available for your use. Call owner for the code. Laundry soap in the kitchen. Only wash your personal items as household linens and sheets are included in your cleaning fee. Please limit your laundry to one load of personal laundry per adult per week. Walk to the beach or take the short drive to shopping, restaurants and glorious sunny South Shore beaches. Come, relax, enjoy!
Note that security fee of $300 is payable with booking fees and tax. This is fully refundable pending guests leaving unit in clean and habitable condition with no breakage, damage, missing items or excess cleaning fees being incurred following their departure. This was the PERFECT homebase for my husband and I on our trip to Maui. It was conveniently located, clean, cute, and fully equipped. If you are hoping to gaze out of your room at the ocean and have room service brought to you, this is not the place for you. However, if you are on a bit of a budget, you will save hundreds by staying here and will not miss the crowds of the hotels/condos.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

At first my husband and I were apprehensive of this listing cause of the cost list. But, when we arrived our concerns were put to easy. The Ohana fit our little family great. The place had all necessitates a family needs. It was clean, conformable and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The location is GREAT! Right smack in the middle of Kihei but without of foot traffic from being so close to the main road and only about 15 minutes from the airport. The lady whom owns/manages the property Karen she is friendly and very helpful with referring us to great beaches for our one year old daughter, farmers market, shops and restaurants. The place we were able to save money on the location and spend money elsewhere. We were not disappointment by any means... Have fun!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
