This upper floor, two bedroom unit is a rare find. Our condo sits on one of the highest points on the Ekahi complex, so it's arguably one of the best views on the ENTIRE property! VIEWS: Ocean views from nearly every square foot! Panoramic views of the Islands of Lanai and Kahoolawe combined with the West Maui Mountains will captivate you. You can even see the lights of Wailuku (on the North Shore) at night! Combined with the lush landscape directly in front of the building will help you feel like you are the only people in paradise. In the morning, the ocean is especially tranquil and throughout the day you will be amazed at the transformation of the water into every shade of blue and green. December through April will boast some of the most amazing whale watching in the entire state. You could spend your entire vacation on the lanai, drinking coffee, watching the peaceful sunrise and at night toasting a perfect sunset.
REMODELED: The interior of the unit has been upgraded and tastefully decorated. We just completed a complete remodel of the master bedroom and bathroom in November 2008. The shower has 2 shower heads, travertine floors and granite countertops. The kitchen has been updated to include light cabinets, granite countertops and travertine floors. Inside the kitchen you will find gourmet equipment to make any meal you desire. The living room has modern furniture, a flat screen television and a queen pull out sofa. New carpet has just been added throughout! The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed and new island inspired furniture. A queen size-bed is located in the second bedroom with an additional bathroom, which will make your extra guests comfortable. Vaulted ceilings make this top floor unit extra spacious.
GROUNDS: The Wailea Ekahi complex is spaciously situated on 33 acres of land. Our village is located directly on the Keawakapu Beach and Wailea's two mile ocean front board walk. If you're not at the beach, you can enjoy one of four pools in the complex or the oceanfront pool that makes you feel like you are at the beach. Luxury has an address and when you say Aloha to Wailea you will know that you have arrived!

Our family has enjoyed spending time in Hawaii for many years. Buying a place in Maui became an obvious choice when my Mom retired and decided to spend more time in the islands. A couple of times a year we take time out of our busy lives and meet in Wailea to enjoy time together. We have tried to make our condo comfortable and have gone to extensive lengths to make sure that no detailed has been overlooked. The views from this condo are breathtakingly perfect! You will enjoy BBQing, sipping cocktails at sunset and eating all your meals on the lanai. It is a very private location and you will enjoy the company of your family with the beauty of Maui as a backdrop.

What a beautiful vacation home! We were blown away by how amazing the view was, how big the condo was and how beautifully decorated it was. What a great tropical oasis for our family and my parents to stay at and enjoy our little boy who was able to enjoy his first pool and beach experience.
