Beautiful Penthouse with Very Best Gulf views in complex or even nearby condos. This is a cozy, upscale "lofty" condo that is perfect for the small family or couple/family get-a-way. "So Ho', designer decor is the new way to stay at the beach- no old "florida" interiors here. Come to our unit if you're discriminating about where you stay.
We're just next to all the Santa Rosa shops and amenities, Santa Rosa Golf club. Just a short walk across the street and you're at Ed Walline Park, offering the beautiful shores of the Gulf. Also, our unit is situated on the top floor in center. This offers the best views you can get from Abacos.
Sit on the balcony and see the glistening gulf, and watch the world go by. This unit is fully equipped with a "cooks" kitchen, upscale linen's, tasteful amenities and EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN. There is an on-site pool and spa just downstairs. Also, the complex is small, no worries about large crowds here!

Why the Owner Chose Abacos at Santa Rosa
Amy and Terry chose Abacos because of it's popular Santa Rosa location and top floor views. Santa Rosa has many shops and eateries that are just a few steps from the unit, and Ed Walline park, a popular, but less populated local beach access is terrific. Plus, there is a bike path just on the main road where Abacos is located. People return to Santa Rosa year after year because they love this location. Abacos offers a "newer" condo with more upscale interiors in Santa Rosa.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Abacos is in a great location. Walk to nearby Gulf Place shops and terrific "beachy" restaurants. There is a nice on-site pool and because the condominium is small, no one will be fighting crowds! Plus, Amy and Terry's unit is on the top floor - best building views of the gulf. Folks keep coming back because they get the terrific gulf views, upscale interiors without the gulf front price and because it is as clean as you would have your own home. Our reviews are from actual guests who were wowed by how great this unit was for the price and many of them return again and again.

Terry and Amy have been investing in FLA panhandle properties since 2003. Amy personally manages their properties and has professionally decorated this unit as well as provided high end sheets, towels and household items so that everyone can enjoy an upscale, pleasant stay - just as they like to enjoy. They take your stay and comfort very seriously, so each property has been chosen for it's views and desirable location. "People choose our unit not because they want the cheapest price, although I think we're very reasonable, they choose us because they want to stay someplace nice!"

My family and I stayed five nights at this condo, and had an absolutely wonderful vacation! The unit is decorated beautifully...it is evident that interior designer selected the furnishings and accessories. Everything definitely had a "beachy" feel, but without wicker, bright colors, and wild prints. I noticed LOTS of Pottery Barn labels on the bedding and accesories. We really liked having the laundry room right by the front door. We could just put our wet clothes and sandy stuff in the utility sink without making a mess anywhere else. We loved being on the top floor and the great view of the ocean. The Abacos is such a nice complex and still looks new. We stayed Monday through Friday, and were pleasantly surprised that it was not crowded at all. A couple of times we had the pool to ourselves. The pool was very clean, private, and just the right size for this complex. The parking lot is close and convenient to the elevators. The owner was very helpful! We enjoyed eating at The Red Bar, Captain Dave's, and the Hard Rock Cafe during our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better time, and we will definitely be coming back and staying in THIS condo again.

I just wanted to thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful condo. We really enjoyed our stay. Gorgeous weather, great food and a beautiful condo. We love this area. We rode our bikes just about every day. Even down to Rosemary beach one day. It was a great week to get away and relax :)

This unit is a gem! If you're staying at Abacos - make sure to check this one out and try to stay here. The views are the best in the building - top floor. Decor is amazing - so upscale but still relaxing, beds are comfortable and the private balcony is great. Even though this unit is across from the beach, the views are as good as beach front w/o the beach front prices. We didn't have to fight crowds, easy to the beach, nice pool and I can't tell you how clean this place was! This is the best place we've been to It was such a pleasant surprise and compared to others of the same quality or even with lesser views and location, the rate was very fair for the level of stay. Photos really don't do this place justice. Owner easy to deal with too. We'll be back... now we're spoiled!

This is a great condo and well decorated. We enjoyed our stay and the beach. This top unit is the best one for the this building. The owner was very helpful dealing with the possible oil.

This condo is so beautiful and CLEAN! We were very impressed with the decor as well as the very good up keep of the unit. The view of the beach is great and the unit is convenient to EVERYTHING! We also had contact with the owner about the possible oil issue and she was very helpful and understanding if it became an issue. Luckily, the weather was beautiful and the oil stayed away!!

We have stayed in this unit for 3 years and plan to return in 2011. The units are clean and well maintained with excellent access to the public beach and walking/biking paths.
