Why the Owner Chose Top of the Gulf
This unit is on the beach and it is located just .4 miles from Pier Park which has numerous restaurants and Margaretivlle is there.Pier park is full of outlet stores, a shoppers Heaven. It is a smaller complex, the unit is on 2nd floor , the view is awesome, and so friendly. I don`t have to drive everywhere since it`s so close to so much to do.

We loved it, just what we were looking for.Although an older Mom~s and Pops brought me back to the days in P.C. when i was younger. The place had such convenice. We fished from the pier and I shopped at PIER PARK LOL.Pier Park also had great restaurants. We did as you suggested, spent little on the place to stay and spent the money we saved eating out, shopping.We loved just walking across the street to the karokee bar. We really enjoyed it. Thanks for making it affordable to go to the beach in this ecconomy. Sue
