We found the house to be very clean and everything in working order as advertised. A beautiful yard with grass, good neighborhood and well located to restuarants, shopping and entertainment. A place with plenty of space where you can feel at home.

My husband, daughter and I stayed at this house for 8 days. We had a very nice time...my dad and his wife live in the area, which allowed us to have nice visiting time with them at their house and this house! We celebrated my father's birthday at this house and it worked out well. The entire house meet our needs. It was clean and ready for us. I appreciated Kris, the owner's sister, who was available by phone and text to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The only downside was that the hot tube was not up and running when we arrived, but the owner gave us a portion of our money back as a consolation. I would highly recommend this house for a nice stay! Great location and very comfortable!!

Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children.

This home is immaculate, comfortable and very roomy. The decor is lovely, and the layout of the room is perfect for multiple guests. Steve and Kris are great to work with. They accommodated all of our needs. Great location and perfect home!

We have stayed in this home twice and are booking our 3rd stay. Mom lives in nearby Forum at Desert Harbor. Convenient, clean and very comfortable home away from home.

We were very pleased with our stay in this house. The communication was easy and quick. The owner's representative was very flexible in meeting us and giving us the keys. The house was as described, very friendly and comfortable. The owner returned the deposit right away.

This is a wonderful VRBO home. It is in a perfect area -- so close to the ballparks, shopping, churches, the freeway. In a very quiet neighborhood with great walking areas. The owner is very easy to work with, and the home is immaculate. The full length patio is wonderful, so relaxing! Can't ask for more -- we have stayed four years in a row. It is like coming home every time! It more than meets our needs! You will not find a better place to stay.

We stayed Thanksgiving weekend with our 2 year-old son and his grandparents and had an outstanding time. The house was clean, well-appointed & well-situated. The fenced backyard was indeed huge & a great place for our son to play. The owners were great and answered all our questions promptly to ensure we had a good stay. A bonus for us was the proximity of a paved walking/running trail and the fact that there a fabulous park about a mile away. All in all, a super place & we plan to return next year.
