Sweet A-frame house nestled on large wooded lot, short walk to water (inlet from Rehoboth Bay), crabbing docks, pool, tennis etc. Short drive to both Rehoboth and Lewes beaches. House is fully supplied with all amenities including linen's, towels, kitchen needs, and it is nicely furnished for your comfort with brand new beds. Community is quiet and family/pet friendly. Marina privileges can be arranged.

The house has a master bedroom/half-bath (queen), upstairs bedroom (two twins), loft with double futon, and a single futon in living room. Full bath on main level. Comfortable couch and loveseat in living room. Full cable (all premium channels) and broadband high-speed internet. Fully air conditioned/heated for year round rental comfort. In-house washer/dryer.
