The Shores of Panama Unit 2114 could become your favorite vacation destination! Just one look and you'll know why Panama City Beach is called the "Emerald Beach". Just one look and you'll know why The Shores of Panama is the premier new development in Panama City! The condo is located in the heart of Panama City Beach at the corner of Thomas Drive / Beach Front Road and has 468 feet of beach front along the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and its sugar-white sand beaches. Opened in July 2007, this new facility provides you with a range of amenities second to none (see partial list below).

Located on the 21st floor, the unit has a master bedroom and a bunkroom, two baths and a balcony overlooking the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful lagoon pool area. Enjoy dining at the small dining table, the granite counter or the table on the balcony. The luxuriously furnished unit will sleep six with a king-sized bed in master, twin bunk beds in the bunkroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo has an assigned parking space on the 6th floor of the parking garage just steps away from the elevators. The condo is non-smoking and pet free.

Several outstanding restaurants are within 5-10 minutes walking distance, including the world famous Pineapple Willy's right next door. Great golf courses are only minutes away - Hombre (27 holes), Marriott Bay Point (36 holes - 2 courses) and right across the street and down a short distance - Signal Hill (18 holes).

Why the Owner Chose Shores of Panama

My wife and I purchased our Shores of Panama unit in 2007. We absolutely love the property, its first class amenities, the most beuatiful beaches anywhere and the entire Panama City Beach area with great restaurants, nearby golf courses, shopping and recreational activities. We have also owned beach properties in Orange Beach, Alabama but after our family's first summer trip to the Shores of Panama we decided to sell those properties. Why? Because after going to the Shores of Panama we couldn't get our grandchildren to go anywhere else! While the SOP is a "blast" anytime of the year, the summers are really special for the kids with all the activities around the HUGE lagoon pool -- karaoke, crafts, dive in movies, crafts, hair braiding, food/beverage and other fun stuff .. and not bad for the adults either!!

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium

Relax on the large balcony of our beachfront Unit 2114 and enjoy all the sights with direct beach and pool views. The balcony is accessible through a sliding glass door in the living room and has a large beachside picture window in the master bedroom. Park in our assigned space on the 6th floor of the deck just steps way from the elevators.

After many years as an owner of an electrical equipment manufacturer's representative firm we are now enjoying having more time for trips to the beach, some international travel, snow skiing and managing our two rental units at the Shores of Panama.
