Beautifully decorated condo. This condo exceeded our expectations, everything from the amazing 61 in. TV in the livingroom to the comfy as a cloud beds. Everything we need for the beach was stored in the closed from coolers to unbrellas. The view from the 8th floor balcony was breathtaking & the balcony was very spacious as well. I would recommend this condo to anyone & will definitely be back in the future.

We enjoyed our December stay in Mitchell and Marla's Emerald Isle condo.It was clean and comfortable.We were pleased with it's new tiled floors, huge Hdtv, comfortable king size bed. Condo is well furnishd, as is the extra large balcony. We liked being able to walk across the street to a good seafood restaurant. This was our second stay at this condo and we plan to return again. We found Mitchell helpfull and easy to deal with We would recomend this condo because of it's ideal beach location, and short distance to Pier Park shopping and many restaurants.

The Johnsons have a very nice condo great location,great views,very comfy and inviting. It was like going and seeing an old friend staying here again! The condo has everything you need and then some,from cookware to even a wine bottle opener it has all the comforts of home. The pics are accurate and the condo is clean and the johnsons are a pleasure to deal with. The building is perfectly located & easy to get to and away from the noise of the other side of town and the beaches are clean and white and the water is blue and watching the sunset from the huge balcony is something you wont forget!

We had a wonderful vacation at Emerald Isle. The condo was very nice. The bed in particular was very comfortable. Everything we could have needed while on vacation was provided for us. We loved sitting out on the balcony each morning with our coffee enjoying the waves and the dolphins. The sunsets were just gorgeous. Setting up our arrangements was easy with Mitchell. We can't wait to go back to visit again.

My husband and I and his family stayed at Mitchell and Marla's terrific condo. It was just as nice as the photos shown. Mitchell was so great to work with in reserving their condo. I actuall had to track him down for the final payment. It doesn't get much better than that! It was very comfortable and we had everything there that we needed. This condo is spectacular. Without a doubt the best balcony on the beach. The unit is nicely equipped throughout with comfortable bedding, kitchen accessories, and a 61" HDTV with surround sound. All the amenities of home. The ocean view is outstanding and the location is very close to Pier Park. My family and I have stayed here the last two years and we would not think about staying anywhere else at PCB. Mitchell Johnson is great to rent from and makes each aspect of the transaction effortless.

The condo was exactly like it was pictured. It was very nicely decorated with a tropical feel. In our past experiences with other condos, there has not been a dining table and chairs on the balcony to accommodate a family. We grilled more than usual and enjoyed eating out on the large balcony while listening to the ocean waves...very relaxing. Being on the 8th floor, we had a great view of the beach and ocean. We saw dolphins on several days. We were close enough to the new Pier Park mall that we went several times. The mall is very nice and we would recommend it to anyone. We were pleased with the Johnson's and how easy they were to deal with regarding the deposit and payment. We would recommend this condo to others and do hope to visit again!

We had a great time in Panama. The condo was beautiful and in a great location. After a long day playing ball it was wonderful to be able kick back relax and enjoy the beach or the pool. After seeing our trip pictures family and friends are asking where we stayed. I would highly recommend this condo. The owners are really nice and friendly. We will be back.

My wife and I had a great week at emerald isle with our two boys! The weather was perfect all week and the beaches and pools were never too crowded. Now about the condo.... The Johnson's have done a great job with the condo. The furnishings are very nice and it is more than enough room for 4-6 people. We particularly appreciated the baby friendliness, there is a high chair and a pack and play in the condo. Both bed rooms are just as good as a master bedroom with a bathroom off of each. Of course the real master is awesome since it opens to the HUGE balcony. There are TV's and DVD's in both bedrooms and the 61 inch in the living room was great. The internet worked great too. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo during the Labor Day weekend of 2009. The condo had very nice furnishings and was comfortable for several days. We have stayed in several condos like this in different buildings (Twin Palms, Ocean Villa, Ocean Ritz, etc.) but particularly enjoyed being on the western end of Panama City Beach.

We just completed our 2nd stay in your lovely condo and as in April we had a great time. Even though thunderstorms were forecast every day we only had 1 day with rain. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed laying by the pool and sitting on your large balcony watching the gulf. We especially enjoy all the pelicans that fly by - they're so much fun to watch and fly by in large groups. At night, my husband loves the movie channels with no commercials and the huge TV. The condo was so clean and smelled so fresh when we arrived. We weren't ready to leave and hope to return real soon. The Corbetts

We definitely did not want to go home. The condo was fabulous. Everything was jas as your website described! Very Clean! Our favorite place to eat since 1994 is Angelo's Steak House. Loved the balcony - best on the beach! T.V. (of course) was great for watching football (Go Titans! Go UT Vols :)!).

We stayed in this condo for a week, my wife and I and 2 children and we enjoyed it very much. The parking was perfect, right across the street. The beach was fantastic, not sure the affect of the whole oil thing now, but when we were there it was beautiful. The condo was very enjoyable, the large TV and very comfortable couches were great. We ate dinner a few nights on the balcony overlooking the surf, kitchen was stocked enough to make a good meal and the grilles by the pool were okay. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and felt like we were still at home, very plush.

This condo was absolutely beautiful! The Johnson's have gone out of their way to place everything that you could possibly need to make this a homey and comfortable stay. The bathrooms are roomy, the beds are amazingly comfortable and the decorations are beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the equipment you could need and the balcony was so wonderful. We watched dolphins and sting rays many mornings. Do not hesitate to rent from this couple, they went above and beyond any other VRBO owners that I've rented from before with their kindness, prompt email/phone call returns, and willingness to make the vacation as wonderful as they could.

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo and have loved the location, decor and ease of renting. The new keyless locks are wonderful...no keeping up with keys and the eighth floor is just high enough to be out of the pool noise but close enough to see the doulphins and rays go by. The condo feels like home the moment you step inside and has enough of everything (kitchen items to towels) to make you want to come back.

As first-time snowbirds from Indiana, we could not have had a more perfect February and March. The condo was so warm and cozy, and the beauty from the patio made all our mornings and evenings special. I rented Mitchell and Marla's condo for six weeks, Oct. through Nov. for my parents to stay in. (It is a little scary when you are spending someone else money!). When my parents got there, they called me and said "You are not going to believe this place, it is beautiful! They loved it. My husband and I spent a week with them, and they were right! The pictures on line looked great, but the condo itself was even better!! The views, the furniture, the beds were all wonderful! The balcony was huge with comfortable furniture, the condo was not missing one thing that we could possibly want or need. I would suggest this condo to anyone and everyone! I would like to say that Mitchell made all of the details very easy for me, nothing was overlooked. I truly appreciated the personal touch that Mitchell and Marla provided. I hope to be seeing the condo and the view again in the near future! Oh that wonderful beach and the crystal clear water...Life is good! Thank you Mitch and Marla for sharing your home with us. Thank you so much for this wonderful beach condo! The view is "killer"!! The matresses were extremely comfy and the T.V. was perfect. We really enjoyed going down to the beach and would recommend renting chairs and parasailing (totally worth it!). While we were here we at the restauraunt Boat Yard, which we would recommend. You get a bayside view and with great surf and turf! If you are loloking for a fancier place to eat try the Saltwater grill (but beware of the annoyingly loud piano player who sings... badly). My family and I have just returned from a 3 night stay(6/4/08 - 6/7/08) in PCB. We took two teenagers with us and this condo suited us all perfect! Everything is so nice and comfortable especially the beds! And we all loved the tables in the living area and dinning area! Everything in the kitchen is top notch and and very nice! We all loved the flat screens and the sound system! The condo owner is one of the best....great communication and very easy booking! Whatever you do don't pass up this condo if this is the size you are looking for! You won't be disappointed in your stay! Thanks for a great vacation! Can't wait to come back as soon as we can!

We went down for a long weekend and loved this condo. Although it was a little chilly outside, this condo is located along a beautiful stretch of pcb. We all loved the 50 inch flat screen TV but every morning, each of us raved about the comfort of the beds. This place was modern, clean, comfortable and centrally located. We all bragged about our great get away when we returned and I can't wait to go back. If you are searching through all the condos in pcb- stop and really check this one out- you won't be let down. It was such a tedious search but I am so pleased I picked this place. Mitchell (owner) was super helpful and always responded to my emails and questions with lightening fast speed. Oh yeah the balcony was huge!

This condo is fabulous! We stayed 10/06/07-10/13/07 and loved everything about it. It is very spacious (much more space than other condos we have rented in the past) and has a spectacular view! The beds are large and comfortable, the TV's are great, and the furnishings and decor are trendy and upscale. There is a daily maid service and linens are plentiful. The owners are wonderful to deal with, very friendly and prompt with answers to questions we had before renting. We will definitely rent here again in the future. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone seeking top notch accomodations. Thanks!
