Accommodations:  Townhome, 3 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 3 Baths (Sleeps 7-9)

"Lovely condo, very convenient. We have two small children and walked to the beach, to Powerhouse park & playground, walked to breakfast and dinners. It was ideal to be able to stroll and not use our car. We used the hot tub on the premises every day and the coded gate made us feel safe, although Del Mar generally seems like a safe community. SeaWorld & the Zoo were each about 20 minutes away, which made the trip even that much better. Would definately check to see if this condo was available again."

Cozy townhome at 18th & Coast Blvd. in the beach colony has secured gated parking garage for 2 cars and it is a gated community of 10 townhomes with a swimming pool and spa, granite counter tops in kitchen, stainless steel appliances.

Short walk to Power House Park and to center of Del Mar Village, the beach is just across the street, so close you can return home for the bathroom or to get food. You cross Coast Blvd and pass 2 homes and you are on the sand. Best beach and surf in all of town.

  • A wonderful place to stay! The location was perfect...close to all the fine shops and restaurants that Del Mar has to offer (I highly recommend Pacifica Del Mar). The beach is just 2 houses away with access right out the front door! The townhouse is very commfortable and clean. The bedding (K, Q & bunk set) is perfect for a family or group of adults. The owner was wonderful to deal with, very friendly and professional. Hope to come back and rent again!

    This condo has a great cozy feel, with lots of windows and flowers able to be viewed from the many windows and sliding glass doors which bring the outdoors inside. Very cozy with the fireplace. The beds are very comfortable with updated comforters. Definitely a must to go the delmaroceanrentals dot com website to view pictures.
