House is very clean and well-maintained. Accommodates up to 8 people(no large college parties please). Located on a quiet, safe, residential street, 1 BLOCK to BEACH, 3 blocks to Salisbury Beach Center, State Reservation, more.
The ocean and beach at Salisbury are superb - wide, white sand, good, safe surf, lifeguards. Swim, sunbathe, read, play frisbee or whatever you want. Let your cares melt away as you gaze out to the horizon and breathe in deeply the invigorating salt air. Shower at the house, then feast on lobster and sweet corn on the cob at Brown's or Markey's Lobster pounds, just up the road.
Enjoy the surroundings too, with short excursions to Newburyport, Plum Island, Hampton & Portsmouth. Nightlife, fine dining, heritage, antiquing, shopping, more beaches, fantastic fishing -something for every mood. "Where there is the sea, you will find me ...". Salisbury Beach has A+ features - vast stretch of white sand, swimmer-friendly surf, not too crowded, yet to amenities. The community is in an exciting revitalization. Accessibility is great -local points of interest, Boston, major commuting highways are available with ease from the house. Finally, I love this little bungalow -it reminds me of thatched roof cottages where I lived in Bali, Indonesia.

A dedicated beach stroller, artist and property manager. Traveled the globe, lived the island life for many years(Hawaii, Bali), to finally return to my NE roots. Currently own/manage two vacation rentals(other one's a larger ski house at Mt Snow, VT) and regular apartment rentals. I greatly enjoy the opportunity to share many years of tourism experience by hosting my valued vacation house guests.
