Our two bedroom, two bath Condo is located on the fourth floor of Seaview Condominiums, directly on the beach.
Our master suite has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, full bath and TV. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, a twin bed and a very spacious closet. Both bedrooms have additional chest of drawers and a beautiful view over the intercoastal waterway.
The Florida-style furnished, bright and spacious living room opens to a large balcony directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Out on the balcony you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets and take a relaxing nap while listening to the gentle waves.

The Seaview Condominiums have a private (uncrowded) beach, heated pool and Jacuzzi surrounded by lounge chairs. There is also a barbeque area and two tiki huts for picnics by the pool. Volleyball net on the beach.
Our unit has a covered parking space in the garage.

Why the Owner Chose Seaview
The ocean is great on the Gulf side. It makes for nice swimming and playing in the sand. Also, Madeira Beach is a pretty low key area.

This is actually my parents' unit, but I am the one running the VRBO website for them. We are going down to Madeira Beach this week and are very much looking forward to it, because the winter here (Cambridge, MA) has been looong and cooold.
So hopefully I'll have some good updated information up and running right after this trip!
