This oceanview condo is perfect for a family vacation in a small neighborhood where your kids can ride their bikes, enjoy the community pool and enjoy the lake and the gulf. A paved walkway leads the way to the sugar white sand beaches just a short walk away, but a golf cart is also provided to make hauling all your supplies a little easier.
Ain't Life Grand is beautifully designed and attractively decorated with a ground floor bedroom featuring a King bed, bathroom and laundry room. A spacious great room on second floor opens onto a wide porch providing the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. The great room includes a Queen Sofa Sleeper. The third floor has two bedrooms, including the Master King suite, which has its own private porch where you can enjoy incredible sunsets. The second bedroom on the third floor has a queen bed. There is lots of room for everyone in this family oriented townhome.
TV/DVDs throughout plus Hi-Speed Wireless Internet. Close to shops and dining at nearby Gulf Place and only ten minutes from the Silver Sands Outlet. Located 1/2 mile from Santa Rosa Golf Club. Parking for 2, including garage. Saturday to Saturday OR Sunday to Sunday rental. Will consider less than week rentals (3 nights minimum)
