This oceanview condo is perfect for a family vacation in a small neighborhood where your kids can ride their bikes, enjoy the community pool and enjoy the lake and the gulf. A paved walkway leads the way to the sugar white sand beaches just a short walk away, but a golf cart is also provided to make hauling all your supplies a little easier.
Ain't Life Grand is beautifully designed and attractively decorated with a ground floor bedroom featuring a Queen bed, bathroom and laundry room. A spacious great room on second floor opens onto a wide porch providing the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. The great room includes a Queen Sofa Sleeper. The third floor has two bedrooms, including the Master suite, which has its own private porch where you can enjoy incredible sunsets. There is lots of room for everyone in this family oriented townhome.
