This is a great home away from home especially with all the amenities and recent upgrades!
***For those needing the large 3 bedroom units in Ariel Dunes II...just give me a call and check availability. ***We are the new owners and just completed a total makeover in January 2011 which includes new tile flooring, bedroom carpets, and paint.
***Please note...This unit is in ARIEL DUNES II and has 1763 sq ft of living space and 2 balconies. The Living Room/Dining Room in this unit is 25x21...the living room/dining room in Ariel Dunes I is only 13x25. Most condo's have what we call..."the bowling alley look". This unit is spacious and well laid out. Check out the photo's...this doesn't have the normal "condo feel". Enjoy!!! You won't want to leave!!!!
Fabulous 850 Sq Ft Balcony overlooks swaying palm trees and 3 pools! 3Bed/3Bath Platinum Designer Unit. 'Absolutely gorgeous!' was used to describe this unit by this resort representative. Only 2 units in Ariel Dunes II have this gigantic balcony. Ours holds a table that seats 8, a raised bar with two bar stools and two chaise lounges to sit in while keeping an eye on the kids playing in the pool. Perfect for a large crowd or for those who are used to having spacious outdoor living spaces! I just read a review from someone who had a bridal shower on the balcony...it is really a spacious area!!!
Tasteful upscale decorator Island designs are found throughout. Sit in the comfy chair with your feet on the ottoman in the spacious living room with your favorite book and glance out the sliding door at the palm trees and the lake–very relaxing. There is a queen size sofa sleeper if needed. The hand carved armoire holds a 40”LCD/TV with DVD player and stereo. Free WiFi available in the unit. There are many decorative touches throughout. The lovely dining room table has comfortable chairs to encourage your guests to linger on after dinner before moving out to the spacious balcony for the sunset.
The kitchen has granite counters and a large pantry, completely outfitted for your convenience. The Whirlpool full-size washer and dryer will make this feel like home on laundry day. The Master Bedroom with access to the balcony, is very spacious with an enormous walk-in closet, full size dresser and the TV/VCR/DVD player overlooking the balcony.
The Master Bath is tiled with ceramic flooring, a double sink, spacious shower and the soaking tub that one would expect with this platinum unit. Pamper your guests with Bedroom Number Two. It has a lovely queen size bed, a full size dresser, a TV/DVD player along with it’s own private bathroom and balcony. Bedroom Number Three has two twin beds, two closets and a TV/DVD player with a full size dresser. This bedroom connects to the hall bath. This brand new 3 bedroom/3bath plan with the balcony totals nearly 2600 square feet of living space for your enjoyment! Being built in 2007 is a plus...wonderful nine foot ceilings and everything is new and fresh!!! Have a relaxing and enjoyable time in Destin!
Seascape Resort, where Ariel Dunes II is located is close to the Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, my favorite breakfast place over at Sandestin "Another Broken Egg" and of course the beautiful beaches of Seascape Resort!! Fun, fun, fun, can't wait to go again myself!!!
