Luxury Accommodation: Luxury 2-storey Townhouse fully equipped with linen supplied including sheets towels and beach towels - this beach house has luxurious appointments including a large spa bath in the main bathroom. It comfortably accommodates eight people and is for your exclusive use, whether 2 or 8 people stay. There is a large living area with large screen TV, DVD and CD player and a separate dining area. At the rear of the ground floor, overlooking the fully fenced courtyard is the fourth bedroom with a queen size or double bed. A bathroom including a shower, toilet and hand basin is located adjacent to the bedroom on the ground floor. This stylish home includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with electric oven and gas cook top, dishwasher and microwave oven. Complimentary tea and coffee is provided for you. There is a separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer and full sized ironing board and iron. Upstairs you will find three generous bedrooms, the main bathroom with a large spa and a separate toilet. The master bedroom has a king size bed and full length glass doors to the balcony overlooking the beach, with spectacular views up and down the coast. The second bedroom has a queen bed and full length mirrored wardrobes. The third bedroom has either a double bunk bed or a single bed with a trundle. A hot and cold external shower area is provided for you as you come up off the beach adjacent to the grassed front garden. The reverse-cycle air-conditioning provides heating or cooling with separate controls for the bedrooms and living areas. There is an intercom security system at the entry and throughout the house. A double, remote controlled lock-up garage allows direct entry to the house through the private, fenced rear courtyard.
