Local cafes and cosmopolitan restaurants are just a short stroll away. The popular Glenelg and Henley Beach precincts are 5 minutes away by car. West Beach shopping precinct with supermarket, bakery, doctors, chemist, beauty salon and hairdressers literally around the corner.
With the Adelaide CBD 15 minutes away, International golf courses, Adelaide Airport, Harbourtown discount shopping outlets, Glenelg Entertainment Precinct, and Henley Beach Restaurant Precinct approximately a five minute drive away and SA wineries within 1 hour, this is the perfect base to explore and experience all that South Australia has to offer or just have a safe, convenient, comfortable family holiday.
Luxury Accommodation:
These luxury townhouses are fully equipped - these beach houses have luxurious appointments including a spa bath in the ensuite bathroom.
These homes comfortably accommodate ten people in each townhouse. The homes are each self-contained, quiet and private, so your group will be able to relax.
Each home has a large living area with large screen plasma TV, DVD and CD player and a separate dining area. At the rear of the ground floor, overlooking the fully fenced courtyard is the fourth bedroom with a queen size bed. A spacious bathroom including a shower, toilet and hand basin is located adjacent to the bedroom on the ground floor. All our bathrooms have flat access to the shower to make it easy for use by disabled or elderly visitors. The ground floor bathroom has a grab-rail next to the toilet. The laundry is incorporated into this bathroom with a washing machine and dryer and full sized ironing board and iron.
These stylish homes includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with electric ovens and a gas cook top, dishwasher and microwave oven. Complimentary tea and coffee is provided for you.
Upstairs you will find three generous bedrooms, the main bathroom and an ensuite bathroom with spa overlooking the ocean.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and full length glass doors to the balcony overlooking the beach, with spectacular views up and down the coast. There is a full size ensuite bathroom with spa bath and separate shower. Full length mirror doors compliment the wardrobe and dressing area. The second bedroom has a king bed that can be split into 2 long singles plus full length mirrored wardrobes. The third bedroom has two single beds in Townhouse 1 and one double bed in townhouse 2 and 3, plus full length mirrored robes in every townhouse.
A hot and cold external shower area is provided for you as you come up off the beach adjacent to the grassed front garden. The reverse-cycle air-conditioning provides heating or cooling with separate units for the bedrooms and living areas. There is an intercom security system at the entry and throughout the house. A double, remote controlled lock-up garage allows direct entry to the house through the private, fenced rear courtyard.

- Air Conditioning : The villas have seperate reverse cycle airconditioning for both floors, so you can have the upstairs and downstairs units working on different settings at the same time.
- Linens Provided : All linen is provided for you ... sheets, towels, tea towels, washers/flannels, hand towels. The linen hire fee is $75 per townhouse per stay if you are staying with us using a discounted tariff.
- Washer : There is a full laundry in each villa including a front loading washing machine and clothes dryer. Washing powder and fabric softener is provided for you.
- Dryer : There is a full laundry in each villa including a front loading washing machine and dryer. The Dryer is easy to use and there is no extra charge.
- Garage : There is a double lock up garage with remote controls adjacent to each villa which is for your private use while you are with us.
- Covered Parking : There is a double lock up garage with remote controls adjacent to each villa which is for your private use while you are with us.
- Off Street Parking : There is a double lock up garage with remote controls adjacent to each villa which is for your private use while you are with us.
- Beds
- King Bed (2) : There is a king bed in the main bedroom and bedroom 2. The main bedroom has its own balcony and overlooks the beach and the Gulf of St Vincent. This room has an extra single bed or folddown lounge. Duna's and blankets are provided for you together with 5-6 pillows. There are reading lamps and an alarm clock. The second bedroom has a king bed which can be split into 2 separate long single beds. Duna's and blankets are provided for you together with 5-6 pillows. There are reading lamps and an alarm clock. Up to 2 extra single trundle beds can be provided in this room on request.
- Queen Bed : The queen bed is in the fourth bedroom which is on the ground floor overlook the rear deck and courtyard. Duna's and blankets are provided for you together with 4 pillows. There are reading lamps and an alarm clock.
- Double Bed : A double bed is provided in the third bedroom of townhouse 2 and 3. This is the middle upstairs bedroom. Duna's and blankets are provided for you together with 4 pillows. There are reading lamps and an alarm clock.
- Twin/Single Bed (2) : The third bedroom in Unit 1 has 2 single beds. Duna's and blankets are provided for you together with 2 pillows for each bed. There is a reading lamp.
- Convertible Bed : There is a sofa bed in the main bedroom of Townhouse 1. This folds down to a double bed. We provide an extra foam mattress to use on this bed to make it extra comfy. In Townhouse 2 and 3 there is an extra single bed and trundle bed in the main bedroom.
- Crib : There are three portable cot available for your use on request and as part of the nightly tariff. These are high quality cots which includes a basinet feature if your baby is very young. High chairs are also available on request.

- Jetted Tub in Bath : Spa baths are available in all townhouses in the master ensuite ... relax, unwind and gaze out to the ocean.
- TV (No Cable/Satellite) : Each TV in the townhouses is a large screen, plasma, digital televisions. Australia has approximately 10 free to air channels and this number is increasing.

- Full Kitchen : Each townhouse has a gourmet kitchen which is fully equiped with crockery, cutlery and glassware for 10 people. Cooking pots and pans are provided as well as serving dishes. The kitchens are well equipped and if something is missing ... just ask ... we may be able to provide whatever gadget you need. SMEG or Baumatic appliances have been used in the kitchens and each kitchen is fitted with a tap supplying filtered water.

- Gas/Electric BBQ Grill : We have a large, hooded bar-b-que which can be wheeled to your deck.
- Deck/Patio : Each townhouse has a large deck overlooking the sandhills and beach. Each deck has a table to seat 8 and 8 directors chairs. There are sunshades for that time of day when the sun shines directly onto the deck. New rear decks were constructed in 2010 with direct access from bedroom 4
- Balcony : The main bedroom has its own private balcony in each townhouse. This is equiped with a small table and two directors chairs.
- View/Location
- Beachfront : Our beautiful townhouses are located directly on the beachfront of West Beach. There is a sand dune area directly in front of the house. A beach track used only by the occupants of our homes and the 3 adjacent homes leads through the sand dunes to the beach. This is rare location even for Adelaide where most beaches have a road running in front of the homes. We're lucky to have the privacy and peace of the sand dunes and beach. A walking and bicycle track runs across the sand dunes, giving us easy access to the surf and sailing clubs. West Beach is a patrolled beach and it is a clean safe swimming beach.

- WiFi (Wireless Internet) : We provide a free WiFi connection for you to use. Please make sure your laptop is WiFi enabled.
- Suitability
- Pet Friendly : Pets can stay in the fully fenced rear courtyard. Extra charges will apply if extra cleaning due to pets is required. We provide pet bowls and beds. Pets may run free of the lead on West Beach at any time during Winter. They must be on a lead between 10am and 8pm during daylight saving times, but can still go to the beach at any time of the day - however they must always be accompanied by their humans.
- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations) : All three townhouses have been renovated to allow assisted access to the ground floor. The entry doors are the wide and open fully to allow easy wheelchair access. A ramp has been constructed adjacent to townhouse 3 to allow wheelchair access. There are 2-3 stairs into the houses but once inside, the ground floor provides a bedroom and bathroom that has been designed to allow wheelchair and handicapped use. All shower stalls have flat access with no rims for each of access and all showers are large enough to allow a carer to assist a handicap person. Where possible handheld showers have been fitted. All bathrooms are spacious enough for a handicapped person and carer to comfortably work together. A grab rail is provided adjacent to the toilet in the ground floor bathroom.

- Kid Friendly : We are very kid friendly and each unit has been well tested by our guests. We provide cots, high chairs, gates for the top and bottom of the stairs, children's beach towels and bath towels, beach toys and some board games.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters : There must be an adult who is at least 26 years old as part of the rental group.
- Smoking Not Allowed : Smoking is strictly not allowed in our homes. You may smoke in the rear courtyard or on the grassed area in front of the front deck. Ash trays are provided for your butts.

Why the Owner Chose Adelaide
I've lived in West Beach for years and I love the relaxed lifestyle. It's great to live here and be able to be in the city in 15 minutes or at the airport in 10 minutes.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
The townhouses overlook the beach at West Beach. We have a walking/bicycle track at our door that runs all the way along the coast, so walking is one of my favourite pasttimes. In summer, West Beach is a beautiful beach to go for a swim. We live in the home next to the holiday houses so we are on hand to help our guests when needed.

As one of a group of 4 couples we recently stayed in Townhouse 3. We found the accommodation very comfortable. The units are finished to a high standard and all the facilities were more than adequate. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate in recommending the property to others looking for space and comfort without being locked into a hotel apartment situation. Thank you Julie and Bella for making our stay an enjoyable one!
