This unit is a 1600-square-foot fifth floor penthouse with 11-foot ceilings, granite countertops, Poggenpohl cabinets, free-standing bar, high-definition LCD television, wireless internet, and exciting contemporary art and furnishings. Enjoy a partial view of the beach as well as an expansive top-floor view of Siesta Key.
Completed in 2006, Crescent Siesta Key is an intimate 26-unit property. It is located on the south end of Crescent Beach, world-renown for it's beautiful, soft, white-quartz sand. Guests can enjoy beautiful sunsets and long days on the beach. Upholstered loungers and beach chairs are available for guests to enjoy this unique vacation setting.
A fully-equipped, air-conditioned fitness room with flat panel LCDs is on-site for your use. The property features two pools. Our Beach Pool includes a relaxing spa, shaded seating, and convenient gas barbeque. The second floor Terrace Pool features aqua-jets, as well as "arcing fountains". It also has a gas barbeque and outdoor gas fireplace! You will have reserved parking for two vehicles - and your spaces are under the building - so no problem with an occasional rain shower. Security codes are required to enter the property and to gain access to the entry lobby.
You are literally across the street from food markets, restaurants, a drugstore with post office, bike/jet-ski/kayak/boat rentals and a fully equipped marina. Just over the bridge and within a five-minute drive, there are also numerous shopping malls, restaurants, and a 12-theater movie complex.

My family and I recently rented this condo and everything was fabulous! The condo, decor, location, pools, views & beach were just perfect. I was a little worried about the kid-friendliness of the condo but it was just great. I have a 7, 5, and 2 year old. The master closet is a perfect place for a crib by the way. Our building was very quiet and clean- another bonus.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I only have praise for the condo and the owner. The condo was everything it was advertised to be. It is huge, clean, light, with high ceilings. Everything is spotlessly clean. It was the best beach vacation we have ever had and we can not wait to go again. It was simply amazing.
