What can I say, other than this place has it all! My family of 4 stayed here during the summer for 3 weeks and I can honestly say that I have been no place better. Every review of this home is spot on and I would not hesitate for even a moment to recommend this property to close friends and relatives. I have been to many other regions of Florida and this is one of the more enjoyable ones. Thank you so much for the memories! We will be back! Sincerely, The Martin family.

My family loved this house it was well kept and very clean; the husband and wife team(managers) were very pleasant and informative on where shopping spots were. We had an early flight and they allowed us to go into the house before 4 p.m !! The kids enjoyed the pool tremendously they were in it every day and also the Playstation 2 game console with games? what more could a kid as for!!!.The den was also a plus as this was were the kids watched t.v as my husband and I watched the big screen television in the living room!! My husband used the barbeque grill most of the time for meals and we sat out way into the night enjoying the peace and quiet. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a really nice and quiet place to stay.

My family and I have rented a number of homes in Rotunda and this property was clearly the best. It was spotless and comfortable. The pool was heated perfectly. The location was convenient and getting in and out of Rotunda was easy. It is close to our favorite beaches and The Fishery, our favorite restaurant. We will rent this property again! Chris L

We have visited Rotonda the last 5 years and stayed at some very nice villas but this home was outstanding. Besides being nicely decorated and immaculate,having the extra ammenities that were available was great.The location is quiet, especially for bike riding.Having a spa and canal view is very relaxing. Our month long stay went by too quickly and definitely will stay here again.

This was our second time back in two years. That should say it all. We love everything about this home and the owners. They are very responsive and working with them is a pleasure. We found the home, two years later, just perfect for our family. When we booked this year we were happy to find that the owners had upgraded the home to include a computer and 4 bikes. This was again a peaceful and relaxing time for our family. The kids were so happy to hear us say we are going back to Rotonda. In our minds, this is THE place in Rotonda. This home has everything one could wish for and more. The extra's really make this villa stand out above the rest, this is not your typical vacation home but offers so much more. On top of all the amenities this home also complies with the 3 most important laws in real estate: Location, location, location. Lots of privacy, few neighbours and a quiet street with very little traffic. The canal view from the lanai will give you this indescribable feeling of freedom when you watch the sunrise in the morning. We didn't want to leave. You could even bring your mother-in-law and still have a great stay.

Wonderful villa to stay in. Home is immaculate and nicely decorated. The area is close to beaches and shopping. We are going to come back next year and are very much looking forward to it. Owner is very prompt in responding to inquiries.

We booked at the last minute for the second week in September 2008. The owner was very accommodating. The house is beautiful. The pool/spa and lanai were great. The pool table, bikes and other activities in the garage were a nice touch!

We stayed at the villa for almost 3 weeks and were most pleased!! It is furnished to very high standards, the children loved the pool and especially watching out back in the river for alligators swimming by!! The scenery is beautiful with much wildlife to enjoy. Shopping and beaches very close by. This home has everything to offer to make your stay comfortable...games room, bikes, beach toys and lots more. We definitely recommend this villa over others we have stayed at in the past.

Spent Christmas at this villa and it was just what the doctor ordered! Everything you could wish and hope for including the sun. First class. Plenty of alternatives for the more energetic but absolutely ideal for those just wishing to relax and chill.

We enjoyed you spacious and well kept home, during our 1 week stay in August. We especially liked the pool, hot tub and well equipped kitchen. We look forward to exploring the bike trails and golf when we go back in March.

What a Gem! This home is gorgeous. We were at peace as soon as we stepped through the front door. The website just doesn't do the home justice. All of our needs were met and then some. The home is a stand out with the peaceful pool area, the garage full of game tables, the tasteful decorations, and the quality of the amenities. We can easily say that this was the most peaceful and relaxing vacation our young family has shared to date. This is the perfect spot to build many lasting memories. This house was very spacious and well equipped throughout. The ping pong, pool, and air hockey tables in the garage are an added plus and the pool and canal view make evenings very relaxing. We had a great time and highly recommend this property.

Your house suited us perfectly (fully equipped and tastefully furnished) - it was the ideal home base for all of our activities. The weather was also perfect so we enjoyed every moment - can't wait to return!
