At approximately 2000 square feet this home has one king-size bed in the master retreat and queen-size beds in the guest retreats all offering private baths with in-floor radiant heat.

The kitchen is fully furnished with all the necessities for the gourmet offering numerous dining options in the private large courtyard entrance with outdoor seating for six, the kitchen offers dining for four, the dining room offers seating for six, and the upper terrace with views of the Mediterranean offers seating for up to six. The lower terrace offers an outdoor living area complete with sofa, coffee table, and chairs. The living area offers a cozy fireplace, plasma TV, stereo, and large seating area. Just off of the living area there is a half bath for guest use.

The home has gorgeous southwest views and all day sun from the two-tiered terraces with outdoor access to each terrace plus access from each of the bedrooms. The lower level offers a washer and dryer plus a four-car garage with private access to the home. There is also street parking at the main entrance.

This home is perfect for golfers with three golf courses all within five minutes. Private tennis is available within the complex along with an over-size pool. Shopping, dining, nightlife, and beaches are all within a five-minute drive. Puerto Banus is 15 minutes by car offering world-class shopping, dining, and the exciting Puerto Banus Marina. Each Saturday you will find the famous outdoor marketplace known throughout Spain. Nicky Beach, near the Hotel Don Carlos, is just five minutes by car, Malaga Airport is 30 minutes, Malaga Town Center 45 minutes, Granada, Sevilla, Cardiz, and Sierra Nevada Ski Area are all within two hours by car.
