Dear Penny We have returned to Rochester and I wanted to thank you for sharing your condo with us last week. We have been coming to Palmetto Dunes for 12 years and have stayed in many condos in Barrington court, as well as Windsor and Hampton. While some were "fancier" yours was truly the most comfortable one we've stay in! We felt very at home.... the beds were comfy, the extra mattress for the sofa bed was terrific. the kitchen was great for cooking. The view from the balcony is wonderful, but we knew that before we got there.... we always rent between #s 11 and 15 on the 3rd 4th or 5th floor if we are in Barrington.) The access to the storage unit was a wonderful luxury.. we brought chairs and stored them there rather than having to bring them up every night. But it was the little things....like wine glasses in the freezer, soap and toilet paper to get us started, the shells and sand dollars on the table on the balcony, candy on the beside table....these were what made us feel so welcome! So thanks again from the Daceys...we had a great week and if we need a two bedroom again ( if our entire family comes, we need three), you will be our first choice!

We just returned from a week stay at this beautiful condo. The view was breath taking. We had coffee and on the spacious balcony overlooking the ocean and listening to the waves. It was so relaxing and comfortable. Everything you need and more for a week's vacation was supplied. The bed was comfortable and the nights were quiet. We compared it to a five star hotel suite. After staying at different places on Hilton Head Island in the past, this was definitely the best one and we will come back in the future.

Recommended for:Age 55+, romantic getaway.

Penny, Thank you so much for renting your condo & all the extras you have here at the condo. We so enjoyed the balcony with the lovely view. The weather has been great, we spent our week on the go seeing & doing, but also had relaxing times here at the condo. So enjoyable drinking morning coffee on the balcony & listening to the ocean. What a beautiful condo! The view spectacular- we enjoyed the sunrise each day-what better way to start the new day God has given. The weather was perfect. We couldn't have asked for anything else. The southern hospitality was welcomed. the little extras you included were a suprise. If you are ever in east Tennessee let us know we would love to meet you and share our beautiful mountains. To the next renter- The restaurant Roast Fish and Cornbread @ 70 Marshland Rd is delicious.

We just returned renting this condo for a week. We had a wonderful overall experience! The owner made sure that we were happy and that everything was in order. We really appreciated that. The listing description and the photos were accurate. The accommodations were clean and the view cannot be beaten. The location is right in the middle of Palmetto Dunes and we found it very convenient for everything that we wanted to do during our vacation.... biking, golfing, swimming, sunbathing,and beach walks. We especially enjoyed the expansive beach and the assortment of golf courses to choose from. We are already planning our return.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

None of our kids could come this time ( Stephen & Sarah have been in Spain for 6wks & Richard is doing an internship for the Bobcats), but we had our 38 year old niece join us for a few days. Dear Penny, We had so much fun! We went to the swimming pool and the beach alot. Just today we went crabing with my cousins it was fun even though I didn't catch anything. We also saved many many star fish. Guess what? I got my ears pierced. I got Topaz gems in my earings because it's my birth stone. I also saw my friend Libby . We went tot the saltey dog cafe. I got two beach balls for my sister and I. We were driving home from crabing and we saw two Aligators! One was about ten feet long & we're having a great time!

Written in the Condo Guest Book: If I had to name one good thing about your condo, then it would be the view. I loved the beach also, the beach was nice and the breeze was great. It was cool being able to see the sunrise. I'm used to seeing the sunset where I live. Your condo is furnished well and is very comfortable. I love the T.V. overall, the beach, as well as your condo, was a very relaxing and clean place to spend on vacation. I am the grandson of Jim and Irene and plan on coming back next fall.
