Our second floor unit is a spacious air-conditioned one bedroom with vaulted ceilings that is equipped with all you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation in a tropical setting. We have 2 LCD tv's a 42" in the living room & 32" in the bedroom. A new Sealy Posturepedic Roseville queen plush mattress set was installed on January 5th 2012 in the bedroom, a convertible queen-size sofa bed in the living room for comfortable sleeping accommodations of up to 4 people. The unit also features a full size kitchen with new counter tops & sink , dishwasher, 4 burner stove, newer full size fridge & microwave. The spacious private lanai has a garden view and tropical decorations. 2 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, 2 beach towels & 1 cooler are provided. Our condo is located in North Kihei across the street from Kalepolepo Beach park and whale center, The beach has calm shallow waters and is perfect for watching the sun set over the neighboring islands of Molokini and Lanai.
The property also features a large quiet swimming pool, hot tub, gas barbecues, putting green. The quiet pool with a covered seating area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the tropical island breezes after a full day of sightseeing or shopping. Shops and restaurants are close by and you will not run out of things to do with all the activity options Maui offers.
Our condo is ideal for an affordable, quiet, and peaceful vacation with rates as low as $60 per night in low season and $100 per night in high season.

This was our 4th stay at this condo and it just keeps getting better and better with all the upgrades being done. The bed was very comfortable and the unit very clean. A little dissappointed the jacuzzi was out of order but sure that will be taken care of soon. Other than that it was perfect. Pizza Madness down the road makes a great pizza! We will be back again next year.

This May we will be putting down new tile in the bathroom and upgrading the cabinet and fixtures and as always we will paint something, likely the bedroom. I am glad that you enjoy our place enought to keep comming back. We love our place, just wish we had more time to spend there.

We have stayed at this property before but in a different unit. In comparison, we were quite happy with the quiet of the complex and the condo was very well-equipped. We noticed that there were comments about the bed and how it is very hard and we have to echo those comments. It is a very uncomfortable bed to sleep on for two weeks. We also found the pillows to be worn and had no support so we ended up buying new ones and left them there. The outside property itself is extremely well maintained and clean but our biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the unit. We called the property management company to come and clean the very visible dust on the walls and ceiling of the bathroom. The fixtures were clearly not polished. Everything could have used a very thorough cleaning. The walls and appliances need a good scrubbing and there were remnants of renovation items in the closet that could be taken out of the unit. Our expectations are pretty basic and we have been to Kihei 5 times so we know what a good and clean unit should look like. We were a little disappointed with this one.
Owner response:Thank you Darlene for your review, There has been a brand new Sealy Posturepedic Roseville plush queen mattress set from Costco installed in our condo on January 5th 2012 this will make a big difference in the softness. It also claims to provide a soft, cushioning surface with deep support. I am really disappointed that our unit was not clean upon your arrival. Our property managers are suppose to have the unit cleaned and ready for our guests on arrival. I have contacted my property manager and shared this review about the cleanliness of our condo so hopefully going forward dust and other issues will be addressed properly. If these conditions persist we will look for new property managers. We work to improve our unit every time we visit. This spring we are planning on updating the bathroom with new tile paint and lighting.

This condo is a good value at a reasonable price the kitchen fully equipped; we ate a number of our meals in so the kitchen was a huge plus for us. Conveniently located close to beaches & restaurants other amenities include a full size washer & dryer that were nice to have before packing to go home. I would recommend staying here and saving some money. Paul

The condo is perfectly located, has everything you need for a stay and is across the street from a good walking beach. Living room furniture and bed are not comfortable.

I am not sure why you say the couch cushions are flattened as when we were there they seamed fine. We are in the process of looking for new wicker chairs and when we find items that fit our décor we will replace.

This property was very centrally located and had pretty much everything needed. My only compliants are the hard bed and the furniture is also not comfortable. The cushions on the couch are flattened as are the wicker chairs. It is a very quite property and across the street from a good walking beach.

Tonight is our last night and we don’t want to go? We had a fabulous time! We found the condo to be clean and in good shape. All appliances and amenities were as advertised The beach chairs and towels and boogie boards came in very handy...and the location made it easy to get to wherever we wanted. We were particularly appreciative of the full size washer/dryer they came in very handy.

The condo was clean the kitchen well equipped and the pool and grounds were immaculate. Being centrally located, we were easily able to enjoy the whole island on day trips. The beach park across the street was great for watching the gorgeous sunsets. Your recommendation to stop and stock up on things at Costco or Walmart as we were leaving the airport was a fantastic idea. This was our first trip to Maui we hope to return next year thanks for the use of your condo.

We recently stayed at this condo it was large & clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the decor was very cute. The lanai was nice & quiet it was a great place to relax and enjoy the tropical breeze. The Condominium grounds are very lush & tropical the 2 gas grills were nice & clean and great to cook on. The location is great you can walk to the Luau less than a block away. I will certainly recommend the condo to my family and friends.

The condo was perfect for us, quiet, clean and comfortable it had all of the amenities we needed to make our 1 week stay our home away from home. Close too many good restaurants, shops and some of Maui’s best beaches. The quiet pool area was great place to relax and enjoy the tropical breeze and the beach across the street is a good place to watch the sun set we will definitely be back.

Thank you for the use of your condo. We definitely made use of all the amenities the condo had to offer such as 2 large flat screen TV’s, full size washer & dryer & the sofa bed was very comfortable, The pool and grounds were great also. This was a much better deal than staying at a hotel and a lot less crowded I hope to return someday and will definitely stay at your place again thanks for the great deal.
