Destin Towers is centrally located in the "Heart of Destin." It is close to everything and there are many, many choices for adventure. With Big Kahuna's and The Track both across the street, the kids are happy already. Several golf courses are nearby as well as good restaurants anxiously awaiting your arrival. The Donut Hole, A.J.'s and The Back Porch are just up the beach and certainly within walking distance.
Destin Towers has its own entertainment with breathtaking views while lounging around the pool. The pool and hot tub area are decoratively tiled and lounge chairs completely surround the deck area. There are three units per floor totalling only 46 units to share the pool and beach area. The common areas are not crowded as are many of the larger complexes. Plus, this is a bottom unit (no worries for children to fall off balcony) and also nice for elderly as there is no elevator and you just walk right in (and out the front door to the beach). There is a security gate for your 24 hour protection. Come see why Destin Towers is a favorite vacation place for all who visit.
This condo has been completely redecorated throughout featuring new kitchen cabinets with silestone counter tops and new stainless appliances. There is a glass top table with leather chairs making the kitchen an eat-in kitchen. The living room is all natural tones with a wicker couch (convertible queen bed), a love seat and two over-sized matching wicker chairs. The dining room has an exquisite glass top table with leather chairs. The natural tones with brown accents flow throughout the unit giving it a tropical, "island look" with a comfortable, "homey" feel. The extra large master bedroom has a king bed with an armoire for the TV. This room has an extra large closet as well as a separate dressing area from the bathroom. The bathroom has a new tiled walk-in shower and is completely handicap accessible. The guest room also has a king bed with its own bath. Not only is there the convertible couch in the living room, but for additional sleeping arrangements, there is a queen air mattress complete with sheets, pillows, etc. for your use. This unit is described none other than "awesome" as this has been a family vacation home (and non-rental) since 1988. This condo is much larger than most with over 1300 square feet to enjoy. Also, complete with wireless internet. Call me today for a reservation... and get on "island time."
