Lovely oceanfront condominium just 75 yards from the water. The entire studio was renovated in 2008 with new floor tile, a refurbished bathroom with a walk-in glass block shower and all new fixtures, brand new upholstery and lighting and fresh paint. The unit contains a whisper-quiet, remote controlled split air-conditioner plus a ceiling fan in the central living area. Cable TV, a CD/Stereo system with a USB port and an iPod auxiliary port.
The Sand Dollar Resort Complex has its own restaurant/bar on the premises and is adjacent to the oceanfront Sunset Bar and Grill at Den Laman. There is a large pool, lighted tennis courts and a large sundeck and beach area. Bonaire Dive and Adventure center, located on the resort premises, offers boat dives and unlimited shore diving, along with equipment rentals and instruction. There is a grocery/convenience store, a bank, and an internet cafe adjacent to the property. The resort is within walking distance of several top restaurants, including Lion's Den, Rum Runners, Pasa Bon Pizza and Patagonia.
