Why the Owner Chose Stallion Mountain Country Club
We bought the home to be near our son's family. We also wanted to be close to the Strip. We love the location as it is peaceful, quiet and a beautiful view of the golf course. With the pool and spa we feel as tho we are on vacation whenever we visit. Close to the airport and Strip.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We are in a gated community and often walk all over the community in the evening. After years in the Bay Area we especially enjoy the warm evenings and the pool and spa during the day.We enjoy the quiet and scenic location. Very relaxing. We have casinos and movie theaters within walking distance. The theaters are never crowded so there is no waiting in line or not getting a good seat. It is also close to Lake Mead and Lake Las Vegas.

We bought this home to be close to our son and his family. We wanted our own place to be able to stay for extended periods of time. We purchased the home new. It was a model home and we purchased it totally furnished. We live in the San Francisco bay area most of the year. My husband is a retired college football coach and teacher and I am an active real estate agent.

As I write this review I am sitting on the patio looking out at the beautiful pool view with the quiet serene Stallion Mountain golf course beyond. This home is situated in a gated community that is approximately 15 minutes from the strip. Everything is exactly as stated in the description. Everything that you would need for your vacation is supplied, beds are comfortable, nicely decorated and all amenities are close by. We really are enjoying our stay in this home and would definitely stay again. Thanks Bill and Sue!

Dear Bill & Sue, we just finished a week at your beautiful place in Las Vegas. Your home gets the prize for the most completely equipped home we have ever rented. My son and I were there to work the World Furniture Market at the Sands Convention center. The trip from the house to the parking garage only took 15 minutes and is a straight shot from the house. Dear Bill and Sue: As you know we have been coming to Las Vegas, 2-3 times a year over the last 10 years. We always rent a home and yours is the only one we continue to rent year after year. We find your home extremely comfortable and accommodating. Both Jerry and I need to remain in contact with our work during these visits and your internet access has always allowed that. Your property is close to the airport, the strip, shopping and a casino is just a couple of blocks away. We have always enjoyed the beautiful golf course views, the hot tub on the cool evenings and now as of the end of this year, a new pool is now available for our enjoyment.
