Approx. 6 miles to sagamore bridge -Cape Cod. 40 miles to Boston. Parking for 2 cars. This is a duplex - top unit is shown. Both units available - identical interior, upper unit has deck, lower unit does not.

My family of four had a great time here. The beach is great for the kids. They loved boogie boarding, skim boarding and floating and playing in the river. Nice to be able to just walk outside and be ON the beach. Sent the kids outside to hunt for sea glass and rocks while still be able to see them from the house. Host was good ... house was right on the beach ... but has the feel of a basement apt. A/C only in one bedroom ... bathroom small. Amnenities ok ... owner fixed shower. Well ventilated when the wind blew through but if no breeze it was stuffy. Close enough to shopping off the hwy #3 at exits 5, 6, 7, 8. About 10 min to downtown Plymouth. Beach was nice, water cool. Better for younger folks. Pet friendly ... dogs can go on the beach. Cental to Boston, Martha's VY, Provincetown etc. Lots of places to eat but you will have to drive to get to. Host has supplied beach chairs.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers.
