Friendly, lovely THREE (3) BEDROOM VILLA located conveniently in Harbor Town backing onto a lagoon and Heron Point 11th Fairway. Pool and Tennis on Site. Please read our vistors comments on our VRBO site.
Family, golfing and tennis oriented. Watch or ask about special offer of four (4) adult bicycles at no charge for seven night rentals or longer. This represents a nice monitary savings for our guest. These bicycles are currently available for weekly rentals and four (4) night rentals in April.
A favorite of children and adults alike is the Long Established Greg Russel Interactive Childrens Program held under the hugh, lovely Live Oak in Harbor Town. Prepare for you and your children to have a fun time.
Our Racquet Club Villa is in a shaded canopy of Live Oaks laden with Spanish Moss that is only a five (5) minute walk from the Harbor Town Heritage Club House. Beach is a nice walk, bike or trolley ride away.
From our back patio you have a view of the Heron Point Golf Course's 11th fairway. It is a five par hole that dog legs to the right directly behind our villa as it approaches a green surrounded by long sand traps on both side. A signature hole of it's developer Pete Dye. See large pictures of this lovely view at bottom of first page.
The interior of the villa is handsomely furnished and comfortable. Our three bed rooms are furnished with one King bed, three queen beds and a hdtv IN LIVING ROOM and TV in each of the three bed room.
A webber grill on the patio offers an alternative to eating out or cooking in the kitchen. The kitchen, dining and living room has a view of the golf course looking across a small lagoon. Everything is conveniently located on one level. More about the interior below.
Racquet Club also offers a lovely swimming pool surrounded by live oaks, tropical landscaping, comfortable lounge chairs and on site rest rooms. Children (and some adults as well) enjoy riding their bicycles to the pool, parking them in the bike racks and returning home on them.
There are four well maintained composition tennis courts for your use at no extra cost. Tennis courts have sign up sheets by the entrance gait and a code is required to open the combination lock on the tennis courts. The code is easily visible inside our villa.
Leave your car parked as there is full access to the rest of Sea Pines via the Sea Pines Trolley, walking or biking the miles of bike trails that wind throughout Sea Pines.
Harbor Town is a five (5) min walk. Other areas to which one can comfortably walk are The Sea Pines Center, stables, play ground. Sea Pines Beach Club is a pleasant bike, trolley or car ride. There is ample of parking at the Beach Club. A slightly longer bike ride (approx. three miles) takes you to South Beach Marina Village.
Our villa is the perfect place to be with your family or friends summer, spring, fall or winter when you are not on the beach or golf course.

Our villa works well for families, golfers or tennis players. The beach is easily accessable by bicycle, trolley or car. The Sea Pines Trolley runs every 30 min. A trolley stop park is outside our front door providing flexibility to and from the beach. See picture.

Why the Owner Chose Racquet Club Villas
WE had come to Hilton Head and stayed at Racquet many, many years ago as tennis players. We like the community look of our neighborhood with open space, easy safe walking from one end to the other. Bikes can be ridden all over Sea Pines beginning at our villa as well as to the pool and tennis courts just for the fun of it and children like this independence. We, including our children and grandchildren, enjoy the surf and gentle waves and when we come home from the beach the swimming pool is the first place the children, and often the adults, head. We enjoy the pool most any time of day. There is almost always a mixture of sun and shade due to the large live oaks outside the fence. It is only a 3-4 min walk. When not at the beach this is really the best place to be because of the convenience to all of the amenties at Harbor Town. Childrens play ground, restaurants, 7 or more, variety of shops, live oaks at the harbor with rocking chairs, benches, etc. The TROLLY is available for a fun ride around the area or to transport you back and forth to the beach, Harbor Town or else where.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
We enjoy the lovely view from our kitchen, dining and living rooms, the villa with 3 q beds and 1 k bed, televisions in each bedroom and a HDTV in the living room. This providing viewing options for children and adults. We enjoy playing board games, talking evening walks to harbor town and riding our bikes safely all over Sea Pines. We like the accessibility of the paths when walking to Sea Pines Center for dinner, music or shopping and taking the 10 minute walk or less on a bike back to our villa. We like sitting by the pool any time of day but particularily in the evening. Coming back from the beach the pool is the first place the children head for as well as the adult. Racquet Club is friendy, well kept up, attractive and close to most and is the only neighborhood able to offer the same flexibility in transportation.

We stayed Christmas week in this lovely villa which is true to photos and description. Our three young children loved that we could walk to the playground. We all loved walking to Harbor town to view the Christmas lights and sunsets. Would definitely stay again!

We and our family just returned from a delightful stay at this villa. It is a short stroll ( a block or two) to Harbour Town... and has wonderful tennis courts and pool at the complex. The convenient trolly is right outside the door, too. Location, location... we could stay here again....

We just returned from our stay at this villa and it was awesome! The villa is so spacious and the location is great. This villa is in the heart of Sea Pines and within walking distance to Harbourtown and all of it's great shops and restaurants. There were six of us that stayed in the villa and it had plenty of room, we actually could have had two more people comfortably. The Weber grill was a great benefit, we grilled out on the patio overlooking the golf course and lagoon, it was absolutely perfect. The amenities at Racquet Club Villa were great as well, the pool was just a few steps away as well as the tennis courts. The bikes were also very convenient, my older teenagers loved biking throughout Sea Pines. The Villa was equipped with everything you could want or need, and it is so clean and updated as well. The owners were great to work with and our stay was just perfect. We would definitely recommend this villa for your stay in Hilton Head! Greg and Jennifer Phillips and family

Beautiful clean villa just as described! Very quiet and peaceful surroundings with a very nice pool to lounge bythat is just across the parking lot if you aren't in the mood for the beach. But Sea Pines beach is just a short trolley, car or bike ride away and is also great. Plenty of room for the 5 of us and the beds were quite comfy. No need to over pack, the washer and dryer work well. We had fun gator watching too, but no worries they never left the water. The 5 minute walk to Harbour Town was great and the bike trails in Seapines are fantastic. Rachel you are a lovely lady to deal with and thanks for the wine and fruit basket too!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at your clean and spacious condo. We were so close to all of the action during Heritage week. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the center of Harbourtown, and we made sure we were there every day. The Owners were wonderful and the condo was spacious with a nice view of the fairway. The Racquet Club Villas had a large pool and nicely landscaped grounds. We can't wait to return next year!! Thanks for your hospitaility!!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The condo was neat and clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owners are genuinely concerned about your vacation enjoyment and this shows in their attention to detail. We have been coming to Sea Pines now for at least 7 or 8 years so we know that the location of this condo cannot be beat for its easy walking proximity to Harbor Town, biking trails, the golf and tennis. Plus, the condo is very close to the Beach Club and a trolley stops right in front of your door to take you there and other places. The pool at this complex is also wonderful. The atmosphere is inviting and relaxed just as any vacation should be. We have been more than pleased with our accommodations. In addition, every interaction with the owners was more than pleasant. She will treat you as if you are family. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone! We will certainly be back.
