An original floater home (1790) this is a completely renovated cape home (completion date May 1, 2007) with all designer touches for kitchen, flat screen gas fireplace small fenced yard, off street parking, central and three zoned air conditioning.

Perfect romantic getaway for two or even three couples. Mitchel gold couches and tables. Tempurpedic king bed in master. Queen bed in guest room and futon in den for third couple.

Individual ductless air conditioning in each bedroom central air on main floor. Pictures to follow late April.
