Screen porch - Atlanta, Georgia Vacation Rental This well kept cottage has been renovated,has a child friendly fence, a large screen porch and deck. There is a covered sitting and grill area. The dock is 380 feet long and has mooring accommodations for boat next to deck. Great fishing and waterski area. There is a privacy fence. The comfortable 3 bedrooms have a queen, 2 twins and a double bed. We have 2 baths Two single kayaks are provided for your pleasure. It is only 30 minutes to Albany and 12 minutes from Veteran's State Park where you can golf, rent jet skies and boats. There is a convenient public boat ramp less than one mile from the property. If you are interested in long term rental ( 2 or more months)over winter please contact for rates. Enjoy old fashioned nostalgia with modern amenities. 30 days of arrival. Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
There is a 60 dollar cleaning fee for all rentals
