Welcome to the Magic that's Florida. Our 5 bedroom pool villa will feel like home from home with everything you need to make your holiday perfect! Situated in great location only 10 minutes to Disney Main gate. WOW! And is 15 minutes to Sea World, Discovery Cove and Universal.
Our villa is located on the Clear Creek development at Woodridge, Clermont, on Hwy 27 just off Hwy 192. It is positioned in a quite cul-de-sac on a oversized corner plot with large garden. The secluded pool/patio has an alarm system so our young visitors are safe 24 hours a day.
At the entrance to the Woodridge development you will find supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, post office, take-aways. A super walmart is only 5 minutes drive. The bars and restaurants along the 192 and Downtown Kissimmee are all easily accessible along with golf courses, horse riding, fishing and much much more. The Atlantic coast is less than 1.5 hours away where you can visit Tampa, Bush gardens, and don't forget Clearwater. Our villa is ideal for relaxing in after a hectic day at the parks or just shopping.

Kitchen:
The large separate kitchen is well equipped for all your needs. It has a breakfast table (seats 4), cooker with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice making, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, patio crockery, pots and pans, glassware, drying cloths, iron & ironing board, highchair.
The washer/Dryer are located in the garage accessible from hall.
Family Room/Dining Area
The Spacious family room has 2 large sofas with TV, cable, DVD and music system. You can sit and look out over the pool area whilst watching local wildlife. The patio doors have an alarm system to stop our younger visitors accessing the pool without your knowledge. Within the large living area is a 6 place dining table.
Bedrooms.
The tastefully decorated bedrooms are roomy with built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a King size bed with bedside cabinets, dressing table with mirror, tall boy chest of draws and walk in wardrobe. It has a TV with DVD, cable and alarm clock. The en-suite bathroom has shower, toilet and double sinks with towel cupboard. The second double room has a Queen size bed with bedside tables, dressing table with mirror, large built in cupboard and TV, Cable & DVD. The third double room has a full size bed again with bedside tables, built in wardrobe, chest of draws and TV, Cable and DVD.
The two twin rooms have been decorate in a children's theme. One room is decorated as a Princess Room the other is decorated in a Sports theme. They have two single beds, chest of draws, built in wardrobes, chest of draws between beds (bedside table) TV, Cable & DVD. A cot is available (stored in cupboard in Master Bedroom). One of the Sofa's in the living area also converts to a Queen size bed.
Bathrooms.
En Suite in master bedroom. Family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin. Separate toilet and basin.
Garage.
Double garage accessible from hall with child strollers (pushchair), washing machine and dryer.
All linen and towels are supplied. All inclusive of cleaning and taxes.
General
Our villa provides lovely spacious accommodation for a large family or two families. The private pool allows you to relax whilst recovering from a hectic day. Our management company is close by giving you peace of mind should the need arise. A fire extinguisher and first aid box is located in the kitchen. A BBQ is available for you use, but it is only to be used outside in garden area and must be cleaned after use. (You will be charge if you do not apply)
This is a No Smoking villa. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.(Patio and outside. Please use ashtrays located in kitchen) The vicinity is ideal for getting to all attractions and beaches. A car is essential for getting around.

- Private Pool : The fully screened pool and patio area are secluded and not overlooked from rear. The patio dining area is covered so you can sit and eat or just relax out of the sun for a while. Pool ranges in depth from 1.0m to 2.0m. The patio has 2 sun loungers beds, 2 sun loungers with foot stalls (also can be used as chairs for table, 4 chairs and table. Also a range of inflatable toys. There is also an alarm system on the patio doors to keep our younger guest safe at all times.

Hi! Me and my boyfriend Remco just got back from a two week stay in your villa at Clearcreek circle, Clermont FL. We had a great time and loved the way you decorated the home. In the future we would really like to stay at your home again but I forgot to write down your direct internetadres. Could you send it to my emailaddress? Thanks. Again we had a really wonderfull stay. Everything we needed was closeby (like a wallmart, lots of places to eat and shops and of course Disney and Seaworld!!!) The bed in the masterbedroom was great. We only used the shower in de bathroom attached to the masterbedroom once because the shower in the "duck themed" bathroom was much nicer. The aircondicioning worked great and the pool was wonderfull. We made full use of all the appliances in the kitchen and the garage (washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwaive, waterboiler, toaster etc etc.

Had a lovely visit. Was a bit concerned booking online, site unseen but everything was just as advertised. Definitley worth paying extra for pool heater. Kids swam until 10pm on some nites. Would love to come back.

Welcome to our villa. If your looking to relax, spend time with your family, catch up on your reading or have fun in the pool whilst catching some sun then you will enjoy our villa. We do not have a games room or play station (did have )but we do have TV, Music and Cable. I myself find when we are in orlando we do not watch much TV because it's so nice to sit outside and enjoy the pool and sun on our lets relax days, otherwise we are out and about enjoying either the parks or countryside. MAKE YOU HOLIDAY A FAMILY ONE ENJOY THE PEACE AND QUITE OF OUR VILLA WHEN YOU NEED IT AND HAVE TO FUN AND SPEED OF DISNEY AND ORLANDO. We are based in the UK but will call if you wish to discuss lets or dates. Wish I was there myself Love Orlando................
