Welcome to the Magic that's Florida. Our 5 bedroom pool villa will feel like home from home with everything you need to make your holiday perfect! Situated in great location only 10 minutes to Disney Main gate. WOW! And is 15 minutes to Sea World, Discovery Cove and Universal.
Our villa is located on the Clear Creek development at Woodridge, Clermont, on Hwy 27 just off Hwy 192. It is positioned in a quite cul-de-sac on a oversized corner plot with large garden. The secluded pool/patio has an alarm system so our young visitors are safe 24 hours a day.
At the entrance to the Woodridge development you will find supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, post office, take-aways. A super walmart is only 5 minutes drive. The bars and restaurants along the 192 and Downtown Kissimmee are all easily accessible along with golf courses, horse riding, fishing and much much more. The Atlantic coast is less than 1.5 hours away where you can visit Tampa, Bush gardens, and don't forget Clearwater. Our villa is ideal for relaxing in after a hectic day at the parks or just shopping.

Kitchen:
The large separate kitchen is well equipped for all your needs. It has a breakfast table (seats 4), cooker with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice making, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, patio crockery, pots and pans, glassware, drying cloths, iron & ironing board, highchair.
The washer/Dryer are located in the garage accessible from hall.
Family Room/Dining Area
The Spacious family room has 2 large sofas with TV, cable, DVD and music system. You can sit and look out over the pool area whilst watching local wildlife. The patio doors have an alarm system to stop our younger visitors accessing the pool without your knowledge. Within the large living area is a 6 place dining table.
Bedrooms.
The tastefully decorated bedrooms are roomy with built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a King size bed with bedside cabinets, dressing table with mirror, tall boy chest of draws and walk in wardrobe. It has a TV with DVD, cable and alarm clock. The en-suite bathroom has shower, toilet and double sinks with towel cupboard. The second double room has a Queen size bed with bedside tables, dressing table with mirror, large built in cupboard and TV, Cable & DVD. The third double room has a full size bed again with bedside tables, built in wardrobe, chest of draws and TV, Cable and DVD.
The two twin rooms have been decorate in a children's theme. One room is decorated as a Princess Room the other is decorated in a Sports theme. They have two single beds, chest of draws, built in wardrobes, chest of draws between beds (bedside table) TV, Cable & DVD. A cot is available (stored in cupboard in Master Bedroom). One of the Sofa's in the living area also converts to a Queen size bed.
Bathrooms.
En Suite in master bedroom. Family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin. Separate toilet and basin.
Garage.
Double garage accessible from hall with child strollers (pushchair), washing machine and dryer.
All linen and towels are supplied. All inclusive of cleaning and taxes.
General
Our villa provides lovely spacious accommodation for a large family or two families. The private pool allows you to relax whilst recovering from a hectic day. Our management company is close by giving you peace of mind should the need arise. A fire extinguisher and first aid box is located in the kitchen. A BBQ is available for you use, but it is only to be used outside in garden area and must be cleaned after use. (You will be charge if you do not apply)
This is a No Smoking villa. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.(Patio and outside. Please use ashtrays located in kitchen) The vicinity is ideal for getting to all attractions and beaches. A car is essential for getting around. |
