WONDERFUL FIFTH ROW SEA PINES BEACH HOME WITH POOL AND HOT TUB!!
Our lovely beach home at #1 Spotted Sandpiper is a fantastic vacation retreat!! Only five homes from the best beach in Hilton Head (with no streets to cross), we are only three streets from the Sea Pines Beach Club. Relax in our pool and hot tub after returning from the two minute walk to the beach on the beach walk. Enjoy all the amenities that Sea Pines offers – golf, tennis, biking on miles of bike paths or the beach, horseback riding, dolphin watching, shopping, Harbourtown, South Beach, the forest preserve, fishing, great restaurants – so much to do !! All of this only minutes from our home!!
Families enjoy the spaciousness and separation that our home offers on its three levels. A lovely living room with fireplace overlooks the pool and hot tub with the dining room and kitchen sharing this level. While some family members enjoy the living room others can be watching television, listening to the stereo or playing games in the family room. Of course, the home is equipped with WI-FI and laundry. The third level features the four bedrooms. The master bedroom suite with queen bed features a remodeled bath with glass shower and Jacuzzi. A second bedroom, also, sports a new bath with glass shower while the remaining two bedrooms share a bath.
Everyone loves our very comfortable non-smoking home with its great location!!

We had such a nice time in this spacious home. It was perfect for adults and kids. The beach was not far away at all and the pool was so convenient. If you love to bike this location is perfect. We biked every day in all directions. The home is located right on the bike path, and the area is gorgeous. It was nice working directly with the owners. They were so hopeful beforehand and throughout the week as we needed anything.
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.

#1 Spotted Sandpiper was great! Just as advertised. This house was perfect for a layed back, relaxing vacation. Sea Pines has everything and this house has a great location: easy, pleasant walk to the beach- about 3mins., great for walks or bike rides, or a short drive to anything else you want to do. The house is a little older and not fancy but well maintained, very well equipped, spotless and very comfortable. There is plenty of room for a group to be together and still have places to get away if you want some quieter time. Having our own private pool was wonderful, especially on the really hot afternoons when we had had enough ocean and beach. It was so cool and refreshing. This was our first time at Hilton Head Island. The restaurant, golf course, shopping and entertainment options are almost limitless. The owners were so delightful to deal with from the initial contact to all the follow ups. They called several times during our stay to make sure everything was as it should be. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Thank you Sue & Bill

We rented this house for 2 families with children, and it was perfect! The layout of the house was great for us. We had plenty of room for everyone. The house is clean and well maintained. It was a very short walk to the beach! We would definitely rent this house again!!

#1 Spotted Sandpiper was a wonderful vacation spot. There were 6 adults and 2 small children (ages 5 and 2) in our family. We had plenty of room so that we had good together time and also places for privacy if needed. The layout of the house was perfect for a large family. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it convenient for us to cook "in" several nights during the week. The pool and hot tub were very close to the house and the walk to the beach was very short and very pleasant. We couldn't have asked for a better place. The owners made our stay very pleasant and checked in with us several times to make sure everything was in order. Thank you Sue and Bill!!

Our visits to this beautiful beach house in Sea Pines, Hilton Head Island, are such a pleasure. Our family loves everything about this charming home. The lovely décor, the spaciousness and comfortableness of the rooms, the pool and hot tub all make us feel right at home every time we’re there. Of course, the beauty of Sea Pines lures us to venture out into this magnificent garden oasis. The scenery is incredible and so picturesque. From the tall pines and live oaks dripping with Spanish moss to the beach with its gently rolling waves, we take all of it in from the first day of our visit down to the last evening. South Beach and Harbor Town are both charming with the boats in the marinas and the picturesque buildings. We enjoy embarking on trips to other parts of the island. The restaurants are numerous and abound with delicious cuisine and the shopping is “to die for” from the outlet malls to the small boutique-like shops. Sport lovers have the pick of many activities including golfing, tennis, sailing, and fishing. Whether we just stay around the beach house enjoying a book in a quiet spot, play in the pool or hot tub, bask at the beach which is just a short walk from the house, ride bikes on the beach and bike paths or are returning from a day investigating the rest of the island, it’s always so nice to come back to the tranquility of this lovely home.

Just as described and extremely convenient! 2 Minute walk to the beach and short drive to golfing, shops & the Salty Dog! Layout of the home worked great with the kids. Two separate living/family rooms provided a place for the kids to play and a place for adults to enjoy a little peace & quiet! Owners were extremely accomodating to our specific needs and they were very gracious and did call upon arrival to make sure all was well. Looking forward to our next visit!

A great home located in Sea Pines. Only a few minutes walk to the beach, never crowded. The pool and hot tub are great for those who may not like the sand and for kids. The house is beautiful and very spacious, always clean and well-maintained. The owners are thoughtful and extremely helpful, they go above and beyond what is necessary to make you feel at home. Close to golf, dining, plenty of activities. Would definitely recommend this home.

This is a great Sea Pines home. The owners called us upon our arrival to make sure we were satisfied. It is very private, yet very close to the beach. The four bedrooms and three and a half baths accomodated our family of nine very well. A great pool for kids, also. We would definately recommend this home.

We have rented 1 Spotted Sandpiper for the past 10 years. It is our home away from home. The owner is always more than helpful in providing information regarding the rental. The house has a great location, is very clean and the minute you open the door one feels at home. We are golfers and love the courses on Sea Pines Planation as well as the convenient location to restauarants, the beach and entertainment. There are not enough adjectives to describe how we feel and we certainly recommend it to our friends and family.

House was as described and was clean and well-maintained. Owner called to see if we needed anything and if all was good a couple of times. House was comfortable and homey and close to beach. Would definitley stay here again.
