This spacious summer getaway has it all. A bucolic setting with a water view, a short distance to Middletown and Newport beaches, nature preserve for walking and running, the Cliff Walk and historic downtown Newport.

The house boasts an oversize deck with awning and grill, water view from living room and dining room, bedrooms and kitchen. The three spacious bedrooms and two and one half baths are furnished comfortably and in the beach style of Newport.

Less than a mile away are many award-winning restaurants overlooking the ocean, Bellevue Avenue with historic grand mansions to explore, as well as the Newport Tennis Hall of Fame. Other attractions include classic yacht regattas, weekly polo matches, golf, fishing, biking, horseback riding, windsurfing, kayaking, sailing, jetskiing and parasailing on Narragansett Bay. The galleries, theatres, concerts, music festivals and local vineyards, with wine tasting are closeby and should not be missed.

The Tall Ships will grace the harbor the last week of June and the July 4th fireworks add excitement to the summer.
