Sanibel is a brand new high rise condo on West Beach. It is located 2.6 miles west of Highway 59. This 14th floor beauty is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Our unit offers a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico even though it is located across the road from the beach. Beach access is located across the street. Complex amenities include an outdoor pool, baby pool, sauna, and exercise room.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed. Also, a queen sized sleeper sofa is available in the den area. Six to eight guests can be accommodated comfortably in our condo. The unit has 2.5 baths and is spacious enough to offer an office area with internet capability. The view is spectacular at this ocean oasis. So, come on down and enjoy your vacation at Sanibel in Gulf Shores. Tax = 11%, cleaning fee = $75, deposit = $200, vacation time at unit #1405 = PRICELESS!
