Welcome to Lake of the Ozarks. Whether you are looking for a family vacation or an adult getaway, this beautifully decorated three bedroom two bath condo awaits you.This ground level, lakefront condo will sleep six to eight people.
The master suite is appointed with a king-size bed, a pillow top mattress and a private bath with double vanity. Sliding glass doors open to the screened-in, covered patio from the master suite. The guest bedroom is beautifully appointed with a queen-size bed, pillow top mattress and adjoining bathroom access. The third bedroom features two twin-size beds and has a TV with VCR, GameCube and Nintendo game systems for the "kids". There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room.
The kitchen and breakfast area offer plenty of seating for everyone and the kitchen is fully equipped. The screened-in, covered patio can also be accessed through sliding glass doors off the living room and features a gas grill, patio furniture, and ceiling fans.There are televisions in all of the bedrooms and in the living room. There are plenty of DVD/VHS players and game systems.
This unit is located about four miles from Camdenton off of Highway 54. By water it is at the eight and a half mile marker on the beautiful, quiet waters of the Big Niangua area. Water ski on the smooth waters, enjoy some of the best boating and world-class bass and crappie fishing around or play golf at one of several world-class courses here at the lake (including Old Kinderhook and Lake Valley Country Club within a mile or two).
Beautiful Ha Ha Tonka State Park and castle are just around the corner by water and a short drive by car. Shopping, dining and entertainment are nearby as well. There are boat and jet ski rentals nearby or you may just want to relax by one of our two pools overlooking the lake. Not visible from Highway 54 or the 54 bridge with its noisy traffic, the ClearWater complex is in one of the most serene and tranquil areas on the lake. We also have a 12x32 foot boat slip available.
This is a family friendly complex with quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM. Security is on site during peak season weekends. We request no smoking inside the unit and no pets please.

We just returned from a wonderful week at this condo and enjoyed it so much that we felt the need to let everyone know. There were 7 of us, my family of 5 and Grandma and Grandpa. We had plenty of room and everything was very clean and comfortable. The pictures are exactly how the place looks and the whole complex was very nice and friendly. The screened in patio is spacious and great for the evenings, and when it rained we were still able to play games and have fun "outside". The owners could not have thought of one more thing to put in there to make it more comfortable and convenient. The kitchen is so stocked with anything and everything you could ever possibly need and everything was very clean. I can't say enough about how perfect this condo is for a long weekend or a vacation. We have been going to the area for several years now and this was the greatest find for us! If it wasn't 8 hours away, we would be there once a month! Go and enjoy!
