The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The condo is very spacious - over 1,900 sqft. The most frequent comment I get from guests is that the pictures do not do the place justice.
It literally takes 1 minute from the front door to be on the sand. You can just relax with the big screen TV, or set up your office with the free wireless internet, and free unlimited long-distance phone service.

What a great week at the beach

It was a beautiful week at the beach with a wonderfull place to stay! Just got back from a week here, there were 12 of us 6 adult and 6 children. The condo was very spacious and comfortable! Great kitchen (I love to cook) lots of room for people to help. Very short walk to the beach. We had the room at the street front and was'nt really bothered by alot of noise like previous comments. Highly recommend this unit and hope to be able to stay here again! We all loved it! Thank you for allowing us to spend our vacation here we had a blast! p.s. found lots of sharks teeth on the beach and husband even got to go surfing! Thanks again!

Big Joe and I met our Daughter and her family, from Michigan, there for a week and had a blast. There was 4 adults and 3 children and the condo was plenty big enough with lots of room to spare. It's location was perfect, everything you need or want is a short distance away. Wish I had that porch and ocean breeze everyday! Thanks again for sharing your home with us and we will certainly stay with you on our next visit.

Our group of nine stayed here for the week of July 4. We were amazed at how large and well appointed this condo was!It had everything that we could need and then some. We would definitely stay here again if we were coming to Myrtle Beach.

Had a good time. We stayed 6/21/08-6/28/08 and had plenty of room. Very close to the beach. My only complaints would be that we could hear the people above us who let their kids run back and forth and we could hear some street noise. Other than that a very lovely place. Thanks, The Malwitz Family

We stayed in this condo 6/7 - 6/14. The unit is spacious and really pretty! It's just a short walk across the street to the beach, which is nice with kids in tow. We also enjoyed the small pool there, just big enough to cool off. We had a great time... Thanks!

MY FAMILY AND ANOTHER FAMILY STAYED AT THIS LOCATION ON 3/26/2008-3/30/2008 AND HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. IT IS A VERY SPACIOUS UNIT CLOSE TO THE BEACH AND WELL TAKEN CARE OF. IF YOU GET A CHANCE TO STAY IN THE MYRTLE BEACH AREA YOU NEED TO STAY HERE. WE LOVED IT!!!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Good price, Great location and wonderful owner. We had three families stay together. We had a good amount of room and a short walk to the beach. You can even see the ocean from the front balcony. We had some minor problems while we stayed, but they were taken care of ASAP. The owner is great with answering questions and communicating. I recommend this to condo and hope to stay again in the future. Amy and family
