The Seawind complex was built in 2006. Our condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a bunkroom, on the 7th floor (unit #707). We own 706 next door as well for guest who are vacationing with extended family or friends. Great views of the Gulf of Mexico are available from the balcony. The unit is professionally decorated and ready for your enjoyment. Living room and Master bedroom both have sliding glass doors that lead onto the balcony. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances with granite countertops.
Features include 9 feet ceilings with crown moulding and ceramic tile floors in kitchen, halls and baths. There is a laminate wood floor in the master bedroom and the living/dining room. The guest bedroom and bunk room have carpet. The condo is equiped with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience in the laundry room. There is a King size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the guest room, there is a bunk bed in the bunk room and fold out sleeper in the living room . The master bedroom and living room have a flat screen TV with a DVD, and the guest bedroom and bunk room have TV's as well.
The complex has a huge exercise facility that overlooks the gulf. The condo also has an indoor/outdoor pool, zero entry kids pool and a hot tub and sauna. The property is located on East Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores, just 1/2 mile from Highway 59.

Lisa's condo at Seawinds was just perfect for our girls/sister getaway!! Everything was just perfect and Lisa was very easy to work with! I have already booked with her again for an October trip! Outstanding!!! Seawinds #707 is a beautifully decorated, immaculate, well equipped unit. We arrived late at night and when I woke up the next morning opening the drapes my eyes were amazed. All I could see is water. Lisa the owner of this unit has been great to work with. She truly wants you to have a fantastic vacation. Our family loved this unit, the condo complex, pools, and beach. I believe our stay deserves a better than excellent rating.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This beautifully decorated condo was a perfect beach getaway. Everything in it looked fresh, clean and new! The living room provided comfortable furnishings and adequate seating. The nearby dining area provided a nice place to dine as well as enjoy a game of poker. My family loved the balcony area. The view was spectacular. The master bedroom was gorgeous. We loved the little work area in the corner. You thought of everything! The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. The owner was very easy to work with and provided us with the names of some great places to dine. We will vacation here again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home away from home. Everything about your condo was great. It was so well decorated, comfortable and (best of all) clean. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach and water was so relaxing, something I really needed!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

Loved this condo. The unit is just as it is pictured and was very clean and well maintained. The owner was easy to work with and very prompt with responses to any questions. The location is ideal, close to restaurants and shops.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
