Curved Sea Cabin - Walk to the Beach!

  This is a cute little cabin, loved the knotty pine woodwork, the owls each morning. its a short walk to the sandy beach. Enjoyed Craig's BBQ- very good and large portions. It would be nice if others could have left "notes" in the book, I always enjoy reading them. Kitchen is fully stocked. I will be back later in the summer.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

  Two architecture students from U of O celebrate the end of winter term and a budding romance. (I'm so glad this place isn't a dump!) They quickly acquaint themselves with the ship's hold and then with each other. later... Becky takes ill and Sam takes care. Fever breaks and the fisherman's wark (eats for all, all night long) supplies a delicious (ha) meal. Had a great time. Thanks - Sam -- Randall - Thank you for letting me have the opportunity to see Sam in a whole new light. A short but sweet stay was just what the doctor ordered. A lovely little cabin that brought me back to the beach smells and seashells. Hope to be back next term. Becky

  How Lovely - this cabin, the beach the silver clouds curtaining the moon. The presence of a fire has added new levels to an already high weekend among familial friends. Thanks to Randall for the taste and trust and the working washer/dryer. The guest book reminds me of trail registers along the Appalachian Trail - allows me to feel that I'm stepping into a community based around the coast and the fireplace. Barbaric Yawp and all that.   I've been made to promise to keep this entry clean and devoid of any specific details that might incriminate or embarrass us at future dates. As such, I will then profess that I am a master-fire-builder. It was a well made, perfectly warm, hypnotic bunch of flames. It was capped off with a delightful '95 red. Tammy then proceeded to completely kick my butt in backgammon. This morning we slept in - It felt great! Tammy went for coffee while I began cooking breakfast. She returned just in time to help me finish up the scrambled eggs. They were scrumptious! We've packed the car and are headed to the beach for the afternoon. It is a wonderful cabin - thank you.
