We just got back from our stay here & we are ready to return. The condo was fabulous, all the luxuries of home & more. Lots of room, a bathroom with every bedroom, & an extra bathroom just in case! The kitchen had everything you needed, everything provided in bathrooms. The location of the condo is out of this world...the view, the sunsets & the breeze in the evening was awesome !!! The whole front of the condo opens up, it was just great. My husband & I were at the hotel 2 years ago but having this condo was much better, with a group & the view was spectacular... April was a great time with the evenings cooling down & the nice breeze that comes up in the afternoon... We thank Moira for all her help before & during our stay Pilar the manager was great & any questions for tours/food...she had the answers. Can't wait to come back !!!

It was a surprise to come into our condo. It was beyond my expectations for a condo. The open air sliding doors, the beautiful decor and comfy bedrooms for the whole family were great. We were able to cook because of the grocery store down the way. Every detail needed was in the kitchen, including salt! thank you to you nice manager, who guided up to various shops and venues while we were there.

Estuvimos en Nuevo Vallarta para celebrar Navidad, la cual fue un exito gracias en gran parte a las atenciones y estupendo Condominio de Moira y Jack .La comunicaciòn con Moira fue muy buena desde el principio, muy ilustrativa y detallada,a tal grado que cuando llegamos al condominio parecia que ya habiamos estado ahi.El condominio es grandioso, con una vista inigualable, muy espacioso y equipado con todo lo necesario para hacer la comida màs sofisticada,la limpieza y el mantenimiento no tiene igual..............todo esta como nuevo.Solo un detalle por comentar: el condominio es mucho màs amplio que como se ve en las fotos y la decoraciòn es fabulosa, la terraza es mucho màs grande y el arbol de Navidad bellisimo sobre todo de noche. Gracias Moira por contribuir a que nuestra Navidad fuera todo un exito. Ya estamos pensando cuando sera la mejor fecha para regresar a pasar otras vecaciones.

Fantastic Condo, Great Amenities, Excellent Deal, Marvelous Owner!

This condo is excellent! I recently had a wedding at Dreams Villamagna, and booked condos in this complex which adjoins the Dreams hotel. Villamagna- Hotel and the condos are in the same space; it is a 5 tower complex where the hotel operates 2 and condos are in the other 3. Because of this, the condo owners get unsegregated use of the hotel pools/beach. Condo guests also have the option of purchasing a 24-hour pass to access the hotel's all-inclusive feature, and the price is very negotiable and well worth it. The hotel has many bars and restaurants, and it's great to be able to get a day pass on just those days when you want to stay onsite. Condo- The condo was fantastic. It's a clean/new/spacious four bedroom that feels like a living space instead of a sterile hotel room. The towels and linens are stocked, and the kitchen has most things you would at home. The kicker is the view... the balcony window spans about 30 feet and opens to a balcony (with BBQ) and a view angled at the ocean and up the coast. Wedding- We had our wedding at Villamagna. I mention this because, in housing our guests, the condos are a magnificent alternative to the hotel. This far exceeds the typical wedding option of a cheaper, second hotel, because it's never the same when your guests are split up. All guests get to stay in the same place and hang out together, but for those that are a bit more price conscious, or are travelling with a big family, this condo is ideal. Half of our guests stayed in the hotel, and half stayed in various condos (this condo was best in the bunch). Owner- I cannot leave out Moira, the condo owner. Absolutely fantastic, and the greatest help in planning our wedding/vacation. She knows the local area inside and out, and was so willing to assist me while frantically planning our wedding. She's that "local" you need when you're planning a vacation in a new place. I know I gush, but really, I was so happy we found this place. It made for a perfect trip.

I have read all of the reviews here and my testimonial is that they are all true! We were very cautious renting outside the USA via the internet, but once we made phone contact with Moira, we realized that we were in good hands. She could not be more straightforward and honest. The pictures are an actual representation of this gorgeous condo. The wall of windows overlooking the ocean is a site to behold. She stocks everything you could think of. Having our own place, yet having access to all of the hotel ammenities was the ideal combination. You can even purchase all-inclusive meals at the hotel by the day (great with kids). We plan to go back and will not shop around. Moira's condo is our go-to vacation spot!

Wow! I don't know what to say that hasn't already been said. I would mostly like to thsnk Moira for being the most attentive and generous condo hostess our family has had the pleasure of coming across. Even if Moira hadn't attended to every detail proir to our arrival, our stay would still have been incredible. Stunning views, miles of waves and sandy beach and hot sun would have been enough all on their own. We did our best to go through your recommended list of restaurants Moira and thoroughly enjoyed them all. Our favorite was the Barceloa Tapas Bar in PV. A highlight for me during our stay was coming across a huge nest of baby turtles stumbling their way across the sand on their way to the sea. INCREDIBLE! We only had 9 days at Villa Magna. Our family visited Moira and Jack's beautiful condo for 7 days during the week of February 21st,2010. From the moment we arrived at the airport we felt welcomed and prepared thanks to Moira's prior emails and advise. Arriving at night we did not realize the FABULOUS VIEW that would greet us in the morning - WOW!! Wish I could have packed up the view and the sound of the surf and have it here in Alberta with us. Travelling with 7 in our party - 4 adults and 3 children ( ages 13, 11 and 10) the condo was perfect in that everyone had their own bedrooms and ensuites! Moira has outfitted the condo with beautiful decor and every amenity needed for a comfortable stay. The beds and pillows are great, kitchen is stocked if you want to prepare your own meals and the kids LOVED the boogie boards and sand toys. The pools and the beach couldn't have been better - great for our kids that they could go back and forth and we knew they were safe. The beach is a LONG stretch of lovely sand and the surf is awesome for body surfing. My husband and son played volleyball on the beach everyday and we all were able to go for long walks on the beach either towards the Marina or the other way towards Bucarias. We visited the Turtle Sanctuary located along the beach toward Paradise Village - GREAT experience for kids of all ages. Definitely recommend it to everyone!!! You get to release baby turtles into the ocean. Moira was able to get us in contact with Leonardo at the Dreams Resort as they offer an "all inclusive meal option". We decided to take all 7 days - breakfast, lunch, dinner and all drinks. The restaurants, food , chefs that prepare the food and people that serve the meals - we have nothing but the BEST and MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED things to say. OCEANIC and PORTOFINO were amazing and the martinis and sushi at the bar on the roof of Dreams were WOW!!!! Must try the Chocolate martinis. The staff that work at all the restaurants and bars always greeted us with smiles and A+ service. We were able to enjoy the GOLD MEDAL GAME of Canada vs. USA in hockey at the bar by the beach. The resorts brought in extra flat screen TV’sfor the game - my husband even left his Team CANADA T Shirt with one of the bartenders. It is very easy to navigate within Nuevo - we had no problems with taxis taking us to Bucarias, the Mega Store and Paradise Village. Located between this resort and the Marival next door is a great little "shopping mall" with local vendors - if you are willing to barte

We highly recommend this beautiful condo,from 1 to 10, we give it ten! It has an espectacular view, its very comfortable, spacious, and it's very nice decorated, we loved the place and really want to come back and enjoy it as we just had. The owner, even though we don't know her personally, treats you in every way to make your stay wonderful; she walks the extra mile to do so, with all the details she has towards you. We are very happy we chose this condo for our Christmas vacation.

In my opinion, this is the best place to stay in Nuevo Vallarta. The view is stunning, the condo is well furnished and well supplied. The owner helps make your stay smooth and easy. The beach out front is a great place to enjoy walks or the waves (or building sandcastles or...). The condo faces northwest which means you don’t get the hot afternoon sun. All four bedrooms are roomy. I like that the common areas – the kitchen, living room, and dining room – all have that fantastic view. We spent a lot of time on the deck (where we ate nearly all our meals) since the view is so wonderful and the weather perfect. The condo complex has three very large pools, plus a beautiful sandy beach. There’s a hotel at the back of the condo complex which is an advantage because they have delightful shows nightly which you can watch as well. Overall, it’s a great place and I very highly recommend it. We’ve stayed there twice and will likely stay again. Enjoy your vacation (which is easy to do at this place).

I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful beach front condo at Villa Magna in Nuevo Vallarta. Our Christmas present to our adult children was a week on the Mexican Riviera - all 6 of us came home really happy and feeling totally indulged. Our view from the condo of the beach was lovely; we woke up and went to sleep to the sound of the waves on the shore. Our kids started their days with jogs along the shoreline and spent their afternoons lounging on the beach under a pallapa. We ate our dinners on the balcony with background music from the hotel shows (and sometimes fireworks) entertaining us. We enjoyed pitchers of Margaritas from the hotel bar and dessert platters from the restaurants. The sunsets were spectacular, the condo was spotless and so comfortable (the kids loved having 5 bathrooms!) - we all felt very much at home. Moira was at the condo to greet us when we arrive and took time to orient us to the condo and hotel; she had stocked the fridge with plenty of our favorite foods to start us out. She was very attentive to our needs (and delightful to get to know a little). We were so happy she was able to make special arrangements to accommodate for our late departure. In addition, the hotel grounds were stunning and immaculate & the hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. While we were at Villa Magna, we rented a car and explored Puerto Vallarta (don’t miss the sculpture tour on the Malecon), Sayulita, San Francisco, San Sebastian & Yelpa. In Nuevo Vallarta, we walked along the beach to Paradise Village, went shopping at the mall and hopped on the public bus to get home. We had fun shopping with local vendors who set up shop poolside at the hotel. We had a great stay – it was great fun – it will be a Christmas present to remember! – (1/2010)

Our week’s stay in this 8th floor Villa Magna condo offered us every convenience and comfort anyone could wish for. The owner has thought of everything when equipping this condo – down to the pillow top beds! The view from the large balcony of the beach, ocean and three pools is magnificent. We especially enjoyed our daily walks along the sandy beach and in particular our evening visits to the close-by turtle sanctuary where we helped release the newly hatched baby turtles! Of great assistance was Pilar, our friendly bilingual condo manager. Pilar picked us up from the airport and gave us invaluable holiday and local information. We totally enjoyed being able to make use of the Dreams Villa Magna Hotel’s amenities, especially the free nightly shows and aquafit. If you are worried about noise, this condo is very near to the beach in tower 2 and far enough away from the hubbub of the hotel to enjoy peace and quiet. This roomy condo is ideal for families or a group of friends – having four ensuite bathrooms is great! The space of a condo as opposed to a hotel room is a huge plus – especially for larger groups and for spending time together on the balcony enjoying the amazing view. The restaurants and daily outings suggested in the condo info binder were excellent and we recommend you try them! We eagerly awaiting our next visit. Book early so you won’t be disappointed!

Believe the hype! All the information written (above) by the condo owner is actually true, down to the details. The place is very large and bright, stunning, and first class in terms of "fit and finish". The view from the oversize patio is breath-taking. The beach and location are great, and there's tonnes to do a minute or even an hour away (in Sayulita - highly recommend it). This place is the genuine article - you won't be disappointed!

We stayed at this lovely, contemporary condo in March of 2009. The owner's attention to detail and comfort far surpass any condo we have rented. The manager on site was available if we needed her help. We took advantage of eating in a few times and found that we had everything we needed to do so. The view is spectacular, the property lovely and very well kept, and the condo's decor is fabulous. The owners happened to cross one day with our vacation so they stopped in for a visit. Once we met them, we understood why everything was so perfect. They genuinely want their guests to enjoy the condo as much as they do. We hope to return soon.

We stayed at Villa Magna for 2 weeks with another couple , their daughter and her friend . The condo was immaculate with all the amenities far beyond our needs . The view from the balcony was breathtaking with ample opportunity to view the dolphins and whales .The weather was absolutely beautiful and warm with a cool breeze off the ocean . The beach and the pool area were excellent with abundant shady areas . We really enjoyed our morning walks along the beach . Moira (owner)decorated the condo beautifully with a real taste of Mexico . Moira also had a binder with information about the condo , transportation , areas of interest , as as restaurants . The selection of restaurants was fabulous . The maid service and building manager were at our service when needed . Moira you did an excellent job with all the information you provided for us for a wonderful relaxing holiday . We highly recommend your place to anyone as well as our family and friends .

Jan 3-Jan 17/09 – FIRST CLASSJust spent 14 glorious days at Villa Magna and all I can say is ....Moira when can I come back!First of all I would like to thank Moira (the owner) for her attention to detail during the booking stages and in the condo itself.Honestly - there was nothing missing. It was like home away from home (only much nicer!) Anything we needed was there. The information provided by Moira was amazing. I have visited this area many times before and know my way around but still found the tips and other info very useful. We checked out many of the restaurants suggested in the binder (in the condo) – loved them all.The most important thing to remember while you are there....ENJOY the view and take lots of photos! All too soon the vacation is over! I LOVED this condo and would highly recommend it to one and all.

Our family recently returned from a wonderful stay at this beautifully appointed condominium. The condominium comfortably accommodated 6 adults and 2 children. The location was ideal and the view from the condo was spectacular. We found we were very well taken care of by the on-site manager and condo owner. The condo had all the modern amenities, was well stocked and impeccably well taken care of. We were provided with detailed information on the area and arrangements were made for cooking, babysitting and interim stay cleaning. We have rented homes all over the world and our experience with renting this condo at Villa Magna was the best by far. We highly recommend renting this condominium if you are searching for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful condominium.

We spent 8 days at this 7th floor condo at Villa Magna from Sept. 27th to Oct. 4th 2008. We were 5 women and we had a wonderful time. We really appreciated the privacy of the bedrooms and all the luxurious bathrooms as well as the gourmet kitchen and spacious living & dining areas. Although there is a large TV we preferred to sit out on the huge balcony and enjoy the views of the pool, ocean, sunsets and sometimes the lightening. The owner, Moira, is extremely organized and sent us lots of information before we left. She also connected us with the on-site manager who was very friendly and helpful. With the internet connection we were able to easily keep in touch with home as needed but it was easy to become absorbed with the tropical lifestyle. We saw baby turtles making their way to the ocean, walked the beach in both directions, spent hours floating around in the spectacular pool, had Pilar, the manager arrange for a local woman to come in to cook us a delicious Mexican meal, shopped, drank Margaritas and relaxed. The condo couldn't be better. It is in a prime location in the building and is well stocked with everything you need in terms of linens, hair dryers, kitchen equipment etc. It is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Each room has separate air conditioning. There is a washer & dryer in the suite. There is a binder in the condo with suggestions and information about restaurants, transportation, day trips etc. The condo and the whole area feels very safe, day & night. Taxis are readily available and the prices are quite standard & reasonable. It was just a short trip to Bucerias and not much longer to get into Puerto Vallarta. One really nice trip -- a bit longer but still not too expensive-- was to Sayulita. Great restaurants along the beach to watch the surfers and very nice little shops with not the usual flea market stuff. If we'd had another week we'd have liked to visit other villages in the area. We can absolutely recommend this condo as a wonderful vacation spot for a group with activities available to please everyone.

We recently returned from our weeks stay at Villa Magna. We had a great time and think of it as one of our best family vacations ever. The condo was very spacious and easily accomodated all of us (9). The condo had all the amenities that we could possible want, was very clean and well taken care of. The view was absolutely breathtaking and we were even able to see dolphins from the deck. The beach and the pool are also amazing. We spent many days lazing by the pool and boogie boarding in the ocean. On most days, we felt like we had the pool to ourselves, as it was not crowded at all. We also ate at some great restaurants and managed to squeeze in some shopping. Moira (the owner) sent us all sorts of information about Nuevo Vallarta before our trip, so we were able to plan what we wanted to do, where we wanted to eat etc. She was extremely helpful and willing to answer all my questions. Thank you, Moira for all the time you spent helping us plan our wonderful vacation. We hope to go back again soon!

We stayed in Villa Magna in C271 with 3 other couples. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking at it. The condo is very large and spacious; we had no problem feeling comfortable with 8 people in the space. The entire condo and resort is very modern, well kept and clean. The pool area and the condo areas are very quiet and restful. The beds were very comfortable. The condo had all the amenities needed. The view from the balcony is amazing. I believe it to be one of the best on the beach. Not only do they have a view of the ocean but of the entire bay. The ocean breeze at night makes sitting out on their large balcony very nice. If you are looking for the spring break crowd, do not come here. It is not for that crowd, although you can find them just down the beach. The beach is fabulous and there are very many nice restaurants in the area. Some of our favorites were authentic Mexican and seafood restaurants Meson Bay and Brujos in Bucerias. Another favorite was Ricio’s in Punta de Mita. And finally our favorite was the gem we found for after dinner drinks, coffee and fabulous desserts named The Bar Above in Bucerias. Finally Moira “the owner” was very wonderful to work with. She is very prompt and courteous with any questions. She has a wonderful lady who works at Villa Magna named Pilar, who will help you with any onsite questions you might have. Our entire group would highly recommend staying at this place. You can trust Moira, and know that you are getting a very nice place.

We spent a very memorable and relaxing week with friends at this breathtaking condo. The view is spectacular, and the decor of this very spacious condo is beautiful. The owners are wonderful to deal with and true to their word in their vivid description of their condo and the surrounding area. The beach is steps away and the pool is outside your door. Boogie boards, and other beach toys for small children are supplied. All other amenities that you can think of seem to be provided as well. Again, the owners have thought of everything to make it a comfortable and convenient vacation for you. The Manager was absolutely delightful to deal with as well. She arranged for a traditional Mexican meal to be cooked for us; and it was fabulous. She also provided her services and did a little babysitting for us so we could enjoy some time jet-skiing and have an evening out. We enjoyed dining at several restaurants that were recommended by the owners; Etc which is a 5 min. walk up the beach was great for lunch, and Fajita Republic was a 10 min. walk and wonderful for a good dinner and margaritas. If you love dolphins, we can also recommend that you go and swim with the dolphins at "Dolphin Adventures". It was fabulous and our kids (aged 2) loved it!! You can also sit on the balcony every morning and watch the dolphins, pelicans and sea eagles in the bay. We can highly recommend this condo to anyone who would like a Relaxing vacation, with or without children, it is the perfect spot. We would definitely rent this condo again.

This Villa Magna condominium is not only exactly as described and pictured in the listing, it is more...the peacefulness of the area, the miles of beaches as you step from your door, the quaint, busy restaurants offering service and fresh fish and fruit and the nearby fishing (we caught marlin, sailfish and dorado) all make for a wonderful holiday experience. One cannot help but feel totally pampered by the layout, amenities and excellence of this condominium in particular and the complex in general. This listing is perfect for couples, families, groups of friends....rest and relaxation guaranteed. We intend to return...as often as possible!

Estuvimos 2 maravillosas semanas en este condominio, el cual es maravilloso! es muy amplio, con todas las comodidades y con una vista impresionantemente hermosa! El gusto con el que esta decorado es exquisito y las atenciones que recibimos tanto de los propietarios como de la administración nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Esta excelentemente ubicado respecto a tiendas, restaurantes, centro comercial, todo lo necesario para tener unas vacaciones inolvidables, lo único malo que encontramos fue tener que dejarlo. Tuvimos unas vacaciones maravillosas con toda la familia. Over Spring Break 2007 our family of spent almost 2 wonderful and fullfilling weeks at this location. We love brand new and we were the first guests the owners had ever rented to.The place is clean, bright,fresh and gorgeous. Large and airy with huge open windows in the living room. We kept them open all day for a great breeze... The view is breathtaking. Down the beach you can have a double massage for $70 US. ( 2 people for one hour each!) Our children loved having their own rooms with huge walk- in showers. In suite laundry with kids is a must and it came with Tide! The pool is large and refreshing with shallow areas for small kids. Great sunbathing. A few places to eat are scattered around. We rented a car which is helpful so you can drive to Paradise Village in a few minutes and eat or shop. Our family would go back in a minute
