Brad & Heidi, Just a note of thanks for opening your home to me the weekend of 4/23/10. What a great host & hostess. I enjoyed my visit. I have visited VRBO properties in NYC, Chicago, Colorado, Utah & Hawaii but your place stands out. All the ementities that you include are unlike the other places I have visited. The way your home is decorated makes your place a great vacation "home away from home". Such a nice home, beach & pool. So convenient! 2 miles away a new Publix grocery store. I loved the shrimp and Scallops from Goatfeathers Market right out your front door & small eateries across the street. Seaside, Watecolor and Grayton Beach are all within 3 miles. Your place is truly a destination spot. Thank you for opening and sharing your home with me and for leaving the lights on:)! Glenn H.

Brad & Hilga, Just a note of thanks for opening your home and letting me visit Serentity at SeaGrove the weekend of 4/23/10. I have visited numerous VRBO rentals and the decor and comfort of your home is tops, plus all the extra's. The location is great, with Publix just a few miles away, Cacoons across the street, and the sprimp and scallops from Goatfeather's out your front door made Friday nights dinner. Thanks again for letting us rent your awesome condo! My family had a great time on vacation. The fourth floor was perfect and so was the location of the condo. We took your recommendation and rented bikes. I bet we rode over 50 miles that week! Thanks again for all your help.

We just returned from OSP today. This was our second trip to the Beasley's second home and it was even better than the first. We have been visiting 30A for the past 17 years and this is the most comfortable place we have stayed. The Beasley's make you feel very much at home and provide nice extras, i.e. washing soap, dish soap, paper towels and napkins, wonderful coffee, etc.. The view is spectacular and the location is great. The master bedroom bed sleeps better than our own. Thank you Beasley's for sharing your beach home with us.

We stayed in this unit last week and it was very,very nice based on many of the other units we have stayed in at OSP. The unit had many extras and upgrades and tons of beach toys- if you have kids and were going to bring some- DON'T! The view of the pool is a nice extra and the balcony chair was very relaxing. If you are staying at OSP I definitely recommend this unit. Heidi was also very easy to work with.

We just returned from "Serenity at Seagrove". We stayed there from 3/22/08 to 3/29/08. The condo is wonderful. The owners provided so many extras that you won't find at other rental properties! They were also great to work with. My family had a great time. The view is gorgeous!

We stayed at "Serenity at Seagrove" at the end of July and part of August. The condo was nicely decorated and very accomodating. We have small children and the pack and play and highchair helped tremendously. We also loved the walkie talkies. The condo is packed with many extras including an x-box my nephew loved! The view from this condo is breathtaking and is also easy access from the stairs if you don't want to take the elevator. The owners are very nice and have been easy to work with. We have never been to Seagrove before, and this condo made it worthwhile!

My family and I stayed Serentiy at Seagrove the first week of June. We have stayed in the building many times over the last 10 years. This unit is by far one of the nicer units we have been in. Every year we think about looking for a different place to stay, maybe a house, or a different condo. But, now that we have found the Beasleys' unit, we will stop looking. There is plenty of room for a family of 4. Or even more with the 2nd room setup. The best part about "Serenity" is they have thought of everything. Just pack you clothes and head down. Even traveling with young kids, they have what you need. Our future plans will include unit 406. We have already talked about going again in September. If you don't stay here, you'll be missing out. Thank you for allowing us to spend time in you 2nd home. The Chendemi's PS: Margaritas on the patio at sunset is something you shouldnt miss. Its habit forming.

What a great time we had at "Serenity at Seagrove". The condo was beautifully furnished and so comfortable. The view of the beach was great and we enjoyed being able to look out at the gulf from almost anywhere in the condo. It was one of the most relaxing trips to the beach that we have ever had thanks to all the "extras" we found there.

This is truly a great place to vacation. We frequently go to Seagrove Beach and this is the nicest accomodations yet. It felt like home away from home with all the essentials and many added extras provided(especially the nice beach towels & beach chairs & umbrella). Even with teenagers, there was plenty of room since the 2nd bedroom accommodates up to 4 people. I highly recommend Serenity at Seagrove & we plan to go back again.

What a wonderful experience, which I highly recommend! On approach, the condo was easy to find and parking was well lit with friendly security ready to help us register. The accommodations themselves far exceeded our greatest expectations. How? The owners have thought of everything, which made my stay so much more than I anticipated. First, it was beautiful, meaning, the condo itself was much more upscale than others we have stayed in. A word on the linens: the linens are as soft or softer than they are at my house, and I buy a very high thread count! The beach towels provided absorbed better that what I had brought-they are egyptian cotton beach towels (wow). The electronics and toys provided made our stay very enjoyable-from the X-Box, to the digital flat screen television and wireless access. I also noticed many toys, games and puzzles for the kids. When we couldn't be at the beach or pool, we were very happy to be in the condo. We were so glad to find extra chairs for the beach so we would not have to rent chairs. The walkie talkies were both fun and convenient (nice touch). My husband and I felt more relaxed staying at this condo than others because of the attention to detail that the owners have thought of. The view is worth mentioning. The condo has the most breathtaking view of the beach-as well as an Eastern and Western view. Both the master bedroom and the living room showcase the view. The owners provided swivel chairs on the balcony which made taking in the sunset a convenient treat. The pictures are completely accurate-I wondered if they were true to life, and they are. This condo has everything: a great view of the beach, beautiful furnishings, and comfort. You will love Serenity at Seagrove!

Serenity is a very appropriate name for this condo. Hearing the ocean anywhere in the condo, looking out on a spectacular view, and with it being literally steps to the white sand beach is exceptional. Also, the Condo is totally set up so you really just bring food and libations!! You can spend the whole vacation without leaving, or find some great restaurants very close by. Needless to say we had a great time and will be back many times over the years
