Balcony View - Emerald Beach Condo Rental in Panama City Beach Emerald Beach Resort and Spa has no equal on Panama City Beach. This tenth floor condo has been professionally furnished and decorated. There is a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico for your enjoyment. The resort just opened in March 2007. You will love the condo, the crystal clear water and sandy white beaches. We have two pools, one beachside heated and the other is rooftop. A 3rd pool will be available mid May 2008 that will include zero entry and water features for the kids. Starbucks is now open for coffee lovers (bottom floor - parking garage side). In June 2008, the fitness center will be open as well to help stay in shape! The Sky Bar located on the bridge will also be open in June 2008.

Sep - Oct $600/wk  $67/night (taxes & cleaning included in weekly rate)
Nov - Dec   $500/wk $70/night (taxes & cleaning included in weekly rates)

$250 Refundable Security Deposit required
Add Taxes (10%) and Cleaning Fee ($75)
