Emerald Beach Resort and Spa has no equal on Panama City Beach. This tenth floor condo has been professionally furnished and decorated. There is a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico for your enjoyment. The resort just opened in March 2007.
You will love the condo, the crystal clear water and sandy white beaches. We have 4 pools, one beachside heated and the other is rooftop. The 3rd & 4th pool are located behind the lobby parking garage side. The 3rd pool is zero entry and has water features for the kids.
Starbucks is now open for coffee lovers (bottom floor - parking garage side).
The Sky Bar located on the bridge from parking garage to building is open. Enjoy a cocktail while watching your favorite sports team on TV.
Fitness Center is now open!
During the summer, there are planned activities during the week...including Karoke/movies by the pool.

We stayed in this lovely condo in July 2007. It was decorated bright and beachy. We had 3 in our party, but it would comfortably keep 6. The property is beautiful, the beach was clear, large, and fun. The pool and hot tub were also very nice and clean.The pictures are very accurate, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. It was a great location with everything you need. The owner was a joy to work with. We would recommend this property to anyone, and will probably return. Once the entire complex is finished, it will be an amazing place.

We stayed at this condo during the first week of October 2010 and LOVED it! We were pleasantly surprised with the size, accomodations, and decor. Everything felt updated, clean, and easy. Most unexpected was the overall facilities at Emerald Beach. We knew we'd get a beachfront condo with a pool, but we didn't realize we were getting a resort with great details and amenities from beginning to end. It was so easy to just pull up alongside the building and have valets help us unload our luggage then direct us to easy covered parking. Afterwards, we were able to enjoy the beach and the pools as well as a full "skybar" where we even danced to live 'island' music one evening. The kids loved all of the available activities, including a 'dive-in' movie at the beachside pool. Outside of the resort, we appreciated how close we were to all the tourist spots as well as to convenient familiar restaurants and stores. Everyone in our party left with a pledge that we will have to make this a recurring trip, including staying at this same, ideal condo. Thanks for a great vacation!

We loved our entire vacation. The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. We had a wonderful view from the living and master bedroom. The beach was very clean and right out passed the pool. The pools were awesome as well as the hot tub. I would recommend this place to anyone. It was very quiet and not any loud party animals. It was very family oriented and relaxing.

My wife and I spent 2 months this past winter---although the weather was not the greatest (must talk to the "big man" about that) the unit was exactly as advertised---clean-efficient and a good mattress on the bed. The owner was a pleasure to do business with. Brian and Diane---Canada

This is an absolutely beautiful. The rates are excellent for this place and location.Located close to the new Pier Park which has alot of dining and shopping.Great fun.The condo is very clean and comfortable. The owner is very nice and easy to reach.We had a great time.

This condo was the perfect spot for our family vacation. We had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, it was quiet, and the view was fantastic. This is a very nice resort and in a location convenient to shopping and dining. The beach was beautiful and the pool was very nice. When we go back to Panama City Beach we will rent this condo again. The owners were great to work with and made everything SO SIMPLE. We would highly recommend this condo!
