Fully furnished home is just north of Brown's Bridge by Water and 10 minutes from GA 400 exit 17, 10 minutes to the Outlet Mall. Quiet Cove with dock, jet ski port and is convenient to open water for jet skiing, wakeboarding, and water-skiing. Front porch, Master on Main, Spacious Great Room with Cathedral Ceilings and Large back deck. Sloping, lighted stone walkway to water to dock. Five minutes north to the mouth of the Chestatee, 5 minute boat ride to Lan Mar Marina. Within 15 minutes of Outlet Malls, Movie Theatre, 2 miles from boat landing, 5 minutes by boat to Marina, close to Georgia Mountains, 30 minute drive to Helen, GA or Dahlonaga.
