  Just completed our 3rd year in a row at the cabin and looking forward to next year. Great location with beautiful view of Nancy Lake. Dock is excellent to tie up your boat. Great lake for fishing expecially in the evenings before sundown. Comfortable cabin with everything you would need. Very quite. Loons, eagles, hummingbirds at the feeders. What else could you want! Best deal on the lake!

  The cabin is clean & comfortable, and perfectly sized for our group of five (4 of whom are adults). While it does have an air-conditioner, you really won't need it with the breezes coming off the lake (daytime temps in our visit were 75-90F...20F lower at night). The location is ideally set on the east side of the lake allowing a great (westerly) view of sunsets & incoming storms. Lake Nancy is among the best in the region (State?) and this cabin's lakefront is clean, sandy and well suited for pier fishing, swimming, etc. (one of the better frontage's on the lake). Plenty of northerns, largemouth Bass, crappies & bluegill. We saw many bald eagles, humming birds, deer, bigfoots and woodpeckers (ok, no bigfoot sightings). Minong is a great little town within a scenic 10-15 minute drive of the cabin. Spooner & Hayward are relatively nearby, but there's no real need to go outside of Minong (plenty of good, local restaurants). If you don't have a boat, you definitely need to rent a pontoon to appreciate the lake (reasonable pricing & they drop off/pick up at your pier). Owner's are very helpful & responsive (the listing details are accurate). You can't go wrong here!

  Perfect location, Cottage, and lake. Cottage was comfortable for our larger group (7) with a great shower for washing off the suntan lotion and bug spray. New appliances made cooking or freezing the day's catch easy. Well equipped facility, everything we needed was either in the cabin or shed. Could have packed a lot less! Lake was great, caught tons of 2-4# largemouth, crappie and sunfish. Got a couple of 1-2# northern as well. Sand bar locations were perfect for kids swimming and adult relaxing. Pontoon boat rental from a local was cheap and delivered right to the dock. Even with a thunderstorm knocking out the power for 2 days, it couldn't have been a better trip location. Rent with absolute confidence!

  Had the BEST time ever at this beachfront rental. Clear water, great fishing, great scenery, boating, amenities all first rate. The owner was very helpful and I recommend it at every opportunity!
