Beautiful PENTHOUSE, professionally decorated, approximately 2500 square feet on two levels. New in 2004, unit 1705W, has all three bedrooms, living/dining rooms and kitchen facing the Gulf of Mexico.
This unit sleeps six-eight people. Two king-size beds, two twin beds and one queen sofa sleeper. The two master bedrooms both have large baths with jetted Jacuzzi tubs, large showers, and large walk-in closets. All rooms have large flat screen TVs and DVD/VCR players. Wireless high-speed internet service available.
High ceilings, granite counter tops, "Monogram" GE appliances and travertine tile throughout the unit except in the three carpeted bedrooms. Two air conditioning units with de-humidifiers keeps the condo very comfortable in hot humid weather.
