Beautiful PENTHOUSE, professionally decorated, approximately 2500 square feet on two levels. New in 2004, has all three bedrooms, living/dining rooms and kitchen facing the Gulf of Mexico.
This unit sleeps six-eight people. Two king-size beds, two twin beds and one queen sofa sleeper. The two master bedrooms both have large baths with jetted Jacuzzi tubs, large showers, and large walk-in closets. All rooms have large flat screen TVs and DVD/VCR players. FREE Wireless high-speed internet service.
High ceilings, granite counter tops, "Monogram" GE appliances and travertine tile throughout the unit except in the three carpeted bedrooms. Two air conditioning units with de-humidifiers keeps the condo very comfortable in hot humid weather.

This condo is just as pictured & discribed and more. We have been vacationing in Destin since the mid 1970's and have stayed in many condos; some very nice, but this is the tops. The condo was perfect for three couples, we all had that wonderful ocean view to wake up to. VERY CLEAN, we had everything we needed and the owner is wonderful to work with. Also the grounds, the pool, the grill area, everything, all perfect. Close to great shopping, restaurants, etc. (we love the Backporch & Pompanamo Joes). Recommend this place & this condo because it does not get any better!

This condo is the perfect beach getaway. Comfortable and Beautiful. If you are looking for upscale living - this is the place. The owner was very easy to work with, very responsive and made sure everything was great-even called on our arrival day to be sure everything was as we expected. The condo was very clean, very comfortable, well maintained, secure, quiet and had everything we needed. The description and pictures in the ad are exactly what the condo is. I would highly recommend this property!
