You will not find any aligators up here! What you will find is breath taking views, clean fresh air and sounds of a very loud waterfall. From the moment you get out of the car you will think it is raining but you are only hearing the waterfall. Whether you sit in the living room or enjoy it from your sleigh bed you will enjoy the sights and sounds from everywhere. The deck gives you a panoramic view of the falls and the mountains. Experience the natural beauty and cool temperatures of this unique mountain getaway.

Located just off the main highway (Highway 64), you are located in the heart of all that Transylvania County has to offer, known as the "Land of Waterfalls," the region is home to hundreds of natural waterfalls. Specialty shops, fine restaurants, and everything in between can be found all along highway 64. Cashiers, Highlands, and Brevard are minutes away and Asheville is only 45 minutes away. When you view the falls the Pisgah forest is adjacent to the property. Whitewater Falls (the largest waterfall east of the Rockies is just 8 miles down the road.) Gorges State Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway are awaiting you too.

If you like the outdoors get ready for moments that will take your breath away. You can hike, fish, raft, canoe, and if there is any time left in the day you can enjoy many local eateries. Too many to list.If art is your thing go on over to Highlands and Cashiers for the afternoon. Brevard Music Center is right around the corner. Dozens of events are scheduled throughout the summer.


Our condo "Aligator Alley" takes care of every creature comfort you may desire. This condo went through a total renovation recently. Everything is new. From the hardwood floors to the King size sleigh bed. All you need to bring is yourself!! There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room and 2 stone gas burning fire places in the bedroom and living room. A private deck overlooking the falls and breathtaking views. There are two full baths, a washer/dryer, and plenty of closet space. By far the perfect environment for a mountain vacation.......No matter how you choose to enjoy your mountain 'getaway,' you will leave here feeling totally refreshed and already have your next trip to the waterfall dancing inside your head. This is a trip you will never forget!!
