This was our second trip to Ixtapa and definitely our most relaxing. The condo is absolutely beautiful and has everything you would need for the week. Our boys are 12 and 8 and it fit our needs perfect. We watched movies at night and played board games on the balcony when we needed a break from the sun. The service at the pool and beach is great. The location of the condo is perfect with all kinds of shops and restaurants right across the street. We would highly recommend it!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Excellent, a truly wonderful holiday resort and condo. Well furnished with great views out over the pacific. We have stayed at the best hotel (las brisas) previously, but this place exceeded our expectations.Hope to return to Ixtapa sometime over the next few years and will definately be hoping this condo is available when we do. Highly recommended!!

A group of friends goes to Ixtapa to celebrate their birthdays. We wanted to stay in a large place, with a kitchen and plenty of room to spread out. We got that and more with this condo at the Bay View Grand. The accomodations were comfortable, the pools wonderful, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The condo has a lot of lovely touches that made us feel like we were at home. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Ixtapa.

We went to Ixtapa in March 09 and stayed in this condo. It contributed to making this a wonderful vacation. Everything about this condo was amazing from the layout,furnishings and artwork to the unbelievable deck and ocean view. We shared this condo with another couple and never felt crowded. We loved the entire experience and would definately return. Adios, Debbie

Having traveled the world over, we give this Condo a 5 out of 5 stars. A great location! Maybe the BEST in Ixtapa for the view. In addition, a great place for large families like ours who require more 'at home' amenities. We had a great time in the pool and the beach with our three children ages 10mo, 3, and 9. No need to fight to reserve a poolside chair or deal with loud music all day long. Botique shops and restaurants abound within walking distance from this beautiful condo. If you want to relax, this is the place! Above all the owners were very kind, helpful, and accomodating before during and after our stay. We will definately be returning in the near future.

The description of the layout was perfect. Very clean, decorated, and homie. We were offered a maid service as well which was very nice. There is a binder of information in the condo offering all different ideas for activities, restaurants, and attractions to see. We went deep sea fishing and paragliding right on the beach. We also ate at some gorgeous restaurants over looking Zihuantenejo Bay called Villa de la Selva, Villa de la Roca, and La Casa que Canta. I would recommend this condo to everybody!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway.

My family just returned from our vacation in Ixtapa on 3/10/08. This property is absolutely beautiful. Pictures do not do it justice. The condo is very roomy, the views spectacular, maid service great. The property, pools and poolside service also excellent. These owners are great to work with and also provide contact numbers for local property caretaker. We enjoyed watching a whale from our balcony on our first night! Great- and reasonable- water sports are offered right on the gorgeous beach in front of the condo! Enjoyed the laid back relaxing pace of Ixtapa- Much great shopping and restaurants right across the street! Pizza at Frank's is a must!! Highly recommend Ixtapa and this condo! Connie
