This is a fabulous, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home with million dollar views! There are three terrace levels with full views of the Centro area and evening sunsets. It is located above Juarez park and is a 10-minute walk to the Jardin (main square). Off-the-street parking is available.
On the main floor is a lovely and comfortable living-dining room; a large kitchen with island seating; master bedroom suite with king-size bed, dressing area and large, full bath. Off of the living room is a spacious covered terrace with additional seating and dining areas, and spectacular views of the city. On the lower level is a casita with two bedrooms, 1 queen and 2 twins. Also on this level are two full baths, kitchenette; lounging space with comfortable furniture; and garden terrace with a nice heated pool and gorgeous views of city.
There is easy access to the roof where you will find the 'Mirador', our new master bedroom suite with a separate entrance; sitting and dressing areas and spacious bath. Just off the bedroom is the second covered terrace with panoramic views of the city and surrounding neighborhood. Additionally, another common patio area is adjacent to the covered terrace.
Our street is quiet with no through traffic or bothersome street noise. At the lower end of our street the Chorro steps take you down to Parque Jaurez and other Centro areas.
There is high-speed internet connection, and a Vonage phone with free calls to the US & Canada.
Also included is a maid who is a great cook, 5 1/2 days a week.

San Miguel de Allende is a vibrant community located in Guanajuato, Mexico, nestled on a hillside with a spectacular view of the Guanajuato Mountains. San Miguel also has a surprisingly large number of very good international restaurants. In fact, San Miguel has a reputation for having the best “small town” dining in all of Mexico. One block north of Calle Mesones is a traditional covered market that sells fresh fruits, vegetables, flowers and meats.

I visited this lovely home with four girl friends and I can't wait to come back with my family and also organize a mother/daughter trip! The house is beautiful and decorated with a careful and tasteful nod to local artisans. It was very clean and well maintained. It had all the amenities- phone (hooked up so calling the States was a local call), computer, hairdryer, etc. that you'd need. It is high on the side of the hill so it has a great view and a lovely swimming pool although to be fair, we were so busy shopping, eating, and experiencing SMdeA that we never made it in the pool. In fact, we'd be so tired when we got home at night that we slipped off our shoes and polished off the pitcher of INCREDIBLE frozen margaritas in the freezer and the yummy homemade guacamole that had been left for us by our thoughtful cook. The location (which was central and ideal for walking or taking a taxi), the accommodations, and especially the house staff make this a property I would recommend to anyone and I would readily come back and visit. The owner gave us great recommendations for pick up service at the Leon airport and for day trips to cultural cities like Guanajuato and to ceramic factories.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+.

"Everything about Las Tres Terrazas is exceptional and our stay here has been marvelous. From the world class accommodations to the very professional staff; from the exquisite views from the terraces to the comfy, cozy sitting rooms and bedrooms. "We love Las Tres Terrazas! The fabulous details in every nook of the house along with the detailed attention from the staff charmed us all. Ricardo rocks and has our love!
