Private Alton Bay home with Winni access from dock on Merrymeeting river. Up to 25 foot boat. Large private yard, great for entertaining, lots of parking. Walking distance to Alton Bay and the big lake!

I will rent for the whole summer if wanted, or weeks at a time. It’s a nice place to be, go out for the day on your boat, come back at night, relax, have a campfire. My home is directly on hiking trails, off road vehicle trails. A short walk behind the house brings you to a park, baseball field, nice fishing area too! This is a nice spot, not a lot of money to get you in the lakes area. My price could be negotiable.
