The Summit Condominium is a part of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, located on highway 98 adjacent to Sandestin Golf & Beach Club. The beautiful beaches are a feature at this resort you will never forget. We also have lots of great shopping , restaurants, and plenty of fun things to do with the whole family within a few miles of the resort.
This 9th floor Condominium sits high enough to see 7 miles of white sandy beaches, 2 lakes in the nature preserve, and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. This condo offers the most relaxing and peaceful environment in all of Destin to the east and a lively view of downtown Destin and Sandestine's BayTowne Wharf to the west.
Summit guest enjoy their own private pool as well as the Tops'l beach side pool with grill and bar. The 24 hour manned security gate provides safety and exclusivity. The private balcony, overlooks the Nature Preserve and the beach with a lovely view of the Emerald coast. Unique to the World, the private beach Tops'l offers both a lively atmosphere of Sandestin to the west. As well as miles of Serene deserted tropical island feel to the east, with the nature preserve running along side the beach.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with an additional one bedroom/one bath suite if needed (Can be rented as a 1 bedroom suite, or a 2 or 3 bedroom condominium) is a vacation and retirement haven with magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico and Nature Preserve and useful amenities provided by the resort. It is professionally decorated with new carpet through out, granite counter tops, with new stainless steel sink in the kitchen. It was recently rated the highest Platinum Award for Interior Décor. Artwork throughout from renowned local artist, Donna Burgess, makes this a "must see" "must rent" condominium.

Why the Owner Chose Tops'l The Summit
We chose to purchase our beach haven because we loved this area. We kept coming back to this area for vacations. One spring we were down for a week's stay and it rained a lot. I am not one to sit inside for too long so I went out and started looking for a place to purchase. Before we left that week, we had purchased our beach haven at Tops'l. We never get tired of returning to The Summit. It is so peaceful and restful and we have made so many memories here. We hope all our guest feel the same way and share the same experience, a memorable one.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love overlooking the nature preserve and 7 miles of white sandy beaches. It is so private and comfortable here. When sitting on the back balcony, you feel miles away from everything, but you walk out front and you can see how close you are to anything you may want or need. The shopping is great, restaurants are some of the best seafood you will taste, and lots of fun activities are close by. The security makes you feel very safe here at The Summit @ Tops'l. You won't regret staying here if you enjoy peace and tranquility mixed with lots of fun in the sun.
The largest outlet shopping mall in the east. If you need something for yourself or need to purchase a gift, this is the place to shop.
There are great restaurants, lots of shopping, free movies, nightclubs, and lots of fun to be had by all ages.

Our family lives in the Atlanta, GA area. We love water sports, boating, snow skiing, and tennis. We are a very close-nit family and enjoy time together and also enjoy entertaining our friends. We all like to cook together, play board games and the males in this family are movie trivia experts. We also enjoy playing a good game of billiards on rainy days. A good book is never far from our hands. We enjoy attending church together, when our boys are home from college. We still have one son at home along with our little Westie, Sugar.
