  This condo was great! It has everything you would need or want. Very clean and even tho you don't want to cook while you are on vacation, the full kitchen is nice and a money saver! You can't beat this condo's location. Just a short walk down to the main strip and you have access to all the attractions. It was perfect for our families needs. My parents would go out with us and if they got tired before we did they just walked back to the condo. My 16 y/o son and his friend loved it because they got a little freedom. They could go and do the things they wanted without us (a plus for me too!). We only used the car to go driving in the mountains. I would definately recommend this condo! It made our vacation!!

  We have stayed in many places in downtown Gatlinburg over the years and this condo was definitely the nicest. Everything was very clean and as shown in the pictures. The beds were very comfortable, so much so that my husband wanted to try to take them home with us. The fireplace was a wonderful bonus, and the shower and Jacuzzi tub in the master bath was amazing. The location is great. You are within walking distance to everything but since you are up on a hill it's still quiet. All in all we had a wonderful time and plan on coming back again.

  Truly enjoyed the condo especially the location. Our favorite restaurants are all within walking distance from condo. Condo itself is very nice and comfortable. Owner was very thoughtful leaving a bottle of wine upon our arrival. Will look at renting this condo in future.

  The location can't be beat! Right on the strip, across the street from Ober Gatlinburg (we went snow tubing!) and can walk anywhere and be back without the hassle of parking and traffic which is a huge benefit. The condo is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The complimentary bottle of wine was lovely!! There are a number of sweet welcome touches that made us feel welcome and spoiled. Having the washer/dryer was a great benefit as we just kept up with what we had....and the unexpected snow the week of Easter break made it a Winter Wonderland for my boys...one who had never really experienced real snow! The entrance to the national park is at your doorstep. Thank you for helping make this a family trip they will always remember!

  This was the PERFECT place to stay in Gatlinburg! The pictures show how nice this condo is but really can't do it justice. Everything was extremely clean and we had everything we needed. We didn't cook in the room but the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The master bedroom had a nice jacuzzi tub and the bed was so comfortable. There are 2 good-sized balconies, one off the bedroom and one off the living room. There's a nice gas fireplace in the living room and it was very easy to get comfortable and relax after a day of activities. The location is perfect for downtown Gatlinburg, you don't have to drive and find a place to park. The building is at the top of a little hill, right off the main strip across from Ober Gatlinburg. There's an elevator near the pool if you don't want to walk down the hill but it really wasn't a problem for us. Very close to Calhoun's and Cherokee Grill; we ate at both and they were great meals. Patricia was very prompt to help and a pleasure to work with. We would book this condo again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone looking for a downtown Gatlinburg location!

  We absolutely loved your condo! Beautiful inside and out! Loved the appliances, beautiful decor, furniture, we felt we were living in luxury! Love that you can watch the Ober Gatlinburg Tram go in and out from the balcony, and you have a great view of the city and of the Space Needle from the other side! My husband and I have been loving Gatlinburg for 26 years, but this is by far the best place to stay! We will be back!

  This was my second time to stay in this condo. Patricia is great to work with. The condo is beautiful, clean and convenient. The location really is perfect. It's within walking distance to all of downtown Gatlinburg, and directly across from the tram that takes you to Ober Gatlinburg. The beds are amazingly comfortable. The blankets on the couch and the bottle of wine are wonderful touches. I would recommend Patricia's condo to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay. My husband and I used to always rent a cabin, but after discovering this condo and its convenience, this is our go-to spot.

  Photos are spot on! GREAT condo. Very clean and NICE too. Really enjoyed our stay in this condo. My husband (who thinks you have to stay in a cabin when you go to Gatlinburg) was in awe. He loved it as well. The master bed was SO comfortable! We tried to find the brand of the mattress so we can purchase one just like it, it was that comfortable (the sheets were very soft as well). View was beautiful, and perfect spot for the Christmas parade as well. Walking distance to everything on the strip. It was an awesome weekend condo to stay in. Only wished there were more towels available. We had to wash towels every morning in order to have more for the following day. There is a small washer/dryer and laundry soap and dryer sheets there, but it seemed to be a hassle to have to do laundry for towels on top of other things while on vacation. Had a very nice stay. Awesome condo and can tell owners take care and clean well also. Thanks for the bottle of wine, very nice touch. :) Thank you for a great stay, hope to be back again soon!

  This Condo is the perfect location if you are in Gatlinburg for a weekend or if you don't want to waste the time to drive from a cabin everyday. I have stayed in a cabin on several occasions and prefer this location by far. Just walk down the driveway and you're in downtown Gatlinburg. Another convenience we found to avoid the backed up traffic on the strip was to take the Gatlinburg By-pass to get to either end of the strip. The condo is exactly as described in the listing. The bed in the master suite was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The owner also left us a bottle of wine which was very nice. Next time in Gatlinburg, we will be sure to stay at this condo. Thanks for a great trip!!
